Excellent service from the start. Sam in bookings was very friendly and rescheduled our appointment when it was required.
The engineer Connor is very professional and knowledgable. He explained each step of the process, and fixed my issue there and then. Excellent service, would definitely recommend them and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Booked a boiler and gas fire service via messaging them. They were very responsive to messages and very accommodating with dates and times. When Pete turned up he was very friendly and knowledgeable which helped when discussing the fire as I had never used it since moving into the property. He showed me what I needed to do and gave advice around the coal bricks in the fire. Will definitely be booking them again for my annual service next year and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Water leak on an unidentifiable pipe. The plumber turned up early and was able to complete the task with least inconvenience and disruption to the facilities. Great work.

Replaced our boiler & fitted some new radiators.

Rj Martindale did an absolutely fantastic job for us. So neat & tidy. You honestly couldn't ask for a better job.

Everything left tidy & spotless afterwards, you wouldn't even know they'd been (apart from the new boiler & radiators!).

All the staff are so polite and easy to deal with and they made the whole process easy from quote to completion.

Great service and great value

No long waits. Time slot given rather than wait in all day. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Tradesmen also professional but explain what they are doing and why. Highly recommend.

Contacted this company to service my boiler/flush my boiler.
From start to finish all staff ive encountered have been friendly, informative and very respectful of my property. Work completed on a day I was available to high standards, I will be looking into there cover on the future and will recommend this company to anyone.

Did what i asked and unblocked my bathroom sink as and when promised and only took approx 30 minutes now happily have a lovely flowing sink again.
