I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The product arrived defective, and I provided multiple videos clearly showing that the pump does not work. Instead of acknowledging the issue, customer service claimed their technical team believed the product was functioning correctly, without explaining what they supposedly saw in the videos.

To make matters worse, I was told to return the defective product on my costs and place a completely new order before receiving a replacement. This is not what I expect from a company when dealing with a clear warranty claim.

A good product is important, but good customer service is even more important when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience with the warranty process has been very disappointing.

Livraison avec DHL trop lente et un…

Livraison avec DHL trop lente et un livreur dhl qui n'appelle jamais au téléphone pour nous livrer
Malgré que j'ai payé le montant intégral de la livraison rapide à domicile à Montpellier depuis Paris (moins de 48h) j'étais obligé d'aller moi même chercher mon colis avec 3 produits dont 1 produit sensé être préservé dans une température de 8 degrés
Les produits étaient mis dans une casier dhl exposé au soleil (il fesait 25 degrés)
J'ai passé une réclamation à dhl France sans suite biensur !

When i decided to buy some hair care…

When i decided to buy some hair care supplies from RM365 I had read comments and I was scared due to negative comments but I decided to order one of each products that I needed. They were delivered after 3 days in a perfect packaging. The products have 2 years to be expired. It was a good experience I'll order more things and I strongly recommend it.

this is fake

this is fake. don't buy anything from them. you are being scammed. these are not genuine products. I order a MeLine restore cream 250ml from this company. And this is a fake cream. It doesn't smell right and I get red rashes on my face. I have used MeLine restor cream for many years so I am sure I have received a fake cream. I contacted the company who does not want to refund me. it is obvious that it is an unpolite company. do not buy from them.
