Unreliable eSim, but Helpful Support
I used Roamingo internet during a one-week trip, and unfortunately, my experience with their SIM was quite frustrating. The SIM had multiple issues - it stopped working on its own not just once, but twice during the trip, which was really inconvenient, especially when relying on internet access while traveling.
That said, I do want to highlight that the staff were helpful and responsive when I reached out for support. They did their best to assist and resolve the problems.
Overall, while customer service was good, the reliability of the eSIM itself needs significant improvement.

I needed assistance and I received it in details so they helped me out and helped me to manually install sim card. Ani was very helpful and nice and thanks to her I had internet while been stuck in middle of nowhere
