This is the only thing that 100% blocks squirrels from my birdseed. I have four very difficult squirrels. They used to come around and they don’t need anymore.

I needed a squirrel proof feeder.It works.I had it up & here comes a squirrel.I watched it stay at the bottom.Then he jumped half way up the pole & came back down.Wow! Another squirrel came along & he didn't go up either.They eat whatever drops in the grass.I am perfectly fine with that.It's nice to have a product do what it says it will.Thank-you!

It’s been about a month now and the squirrels are still attacking my old feeders but not touching this one! Eventually I’ll replace them all.

Their website was very easy to navigate and the process from ordering to delivery was outstanding!

I purchased a bird feeder by Roamwild via a retailer. The bird feeder itself is well built and quite nice, BUT I cannot say the same for their customer service. I had an issue which is covered by their warranty. I contacted them, they acknowledged the issue and agreed to provide me with a replacement. Unfortunately, it took 2 months for this to be dealt with. I did a lot of follow-up with both the retailer and with Roamwild. The retailer did their due diligence BUT Roamwild did not and has multiple issues with fulfilling their end of the warranty. Their lack of response and communication with both customers and the retailer is the reason for my review. While they can honour their warranty, they seem to be unable to do so on their products in Canadian stores. They only seem to be able to ship warranty replacement parts as far as Buffalo and not into Canada. Thus, there are massive delays in receiving warranty parts. While this issue has now been rectified, as the retailer tripped over themself to deal with the matter once Roamwild FINALLY attempted to deal with the issue after 2 months, they have only gone so far as to again ship the replacement parts within the United States. My recommendation to Roamwild is to honour its warranty with Canadian customers by shipping parts to Canada. If you are selling your products to Canadian consumers via retailers in Canada, you should have the ability to honour your warranty by getting replacement parts into Canada.

Ordered on 29 November and website stated it would be sent on the next working day by express delivery. Email received on 3 December claiming dispatch and tracking provided. Today, 8 December with no updates on the tracking, I chased them and got a reply that they hoped I had received them by now!! Not very helpful. Contacted the courier directly and they still have not received the goods from Roamwild. Please take their dispatch promises with a pint of salt.

I love, love, love this feeder. So do my hummers. Ordered (in US) and received new feeders in less than a week. One for me and a birthday present for my friend.

All the song birds were being pushed out by black birds and blue jays. Now their back and we're hearing them sing. There is a couple of goldfinch's that come everyday. They sit on the two perches like their on a date.

I've had two of these feeders for a few years now. They might not be the cheapest but they definitely ensure your sunflower seeds last longer; instead of being hoovered up rapidly by flocks of ringnecked parakeets or jackdaws (both prevalent where I live), smaller song birds get a chance to feed little and often. Our visiting woodpeckers are also clever enough to straddle the weighted mechanism and have strong claws so that they can feed. We save on birdfood costs with these feeders.

I have struggled with squirrels for years and received a Roamwild feeder as a gift. After watching squirrels fall off of it and eventually avoid it, I purchased another and then a window feeder, as well. Great products and I do sing your praises often!!

One of my Anti Squirrel feeders had lost one of its two sring loaded spools for its perch, and the anti squirrel ring had split. I spoke to a Top guy named Adam. Who sorted everything out with regards replacements for the two faulty items. Which included a complete replacement perch feeder section and a better designed anti squirrel ring. ALL for FREE as my bird feeder was still under warrantee from date of purchase. So yes. Speaking to the Roamwild staff is a really good experience. Simply because all purchases made are recorded. There was NO hassle, NO excuse. Just good old fashioned " we'll sort this problem out for you NO problem"approach. Superb products. Superb staff.

Their bird feeder is the only one that completely stops the squirrels! Excellent design and easy to clean and refill - at a good price too. We have bought several as presents for friends.
