J ai contacté le sav pour savoir si il était possible de commander une housse car les deux fermetures éclairs ont lâchées au bout de 5 ans (ce qui est très décevant) et malgré les mails, et les appels telephiques pas de réponse..... c est lamentable!

So the tub itself is good quality for the price. But the bulk of the price must be in the pump (given a £350+ replacement cost).

First one failed before two years, they have a 12 month warranty. Okay put it down to experience and managed to get a whole second tub including the pump for less than the price of a replacement pump (this should have alerted me!).

This brand new pump has now also failed after 20 months.

To be fair I was offered a replacement for £199. But the company ignored my offer to send them both faulty units back (for them to refurb as they had less than 2 years use) and I would pay £99 for the replacement.

This would go someway to improving their green credentials.

I even offered to pay the postage for my two units!

Won't be using again and won't be recommending

Leider ist der Herr Name behalte ich für mich

sehr unehrlich, Termine vereinbart, per SMS abgesagt! Dann behauptet er hätte nie einen vereinbart. Auf mehrfacher Email Anfrage, sein Vorgesetzter möchte sich melden kam leider gar nichts. Beim Telefonat versucht er sich überall rauszureden anstatt mal zur Unehrlichkeit zu stehen.Toller Pool ,schlechtester,unehrlichster Kundenservice!!!

Es hat alles schnell und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit gepasst.

Il 21 dicembre 2025 acquisto una giacca Canadian dal sito del produttore, conferma ordine nr 310409719, selezionando la consegna con pagamento in contrassegno. Il 22 dicembre mi arriva una mail dal corriere UPS incaricato da Canadian che mi propone di pagare in anticipo rispetto al momento della consegna. Pago il 22 dicembre 2025 e da UPS mi arriva la mail di conferma avvenuto pagamento con numero 1ZH8148GCP10564477. Fino a qui sono rimasto soddisfatto perché i tempi di consegna sembravano molto veloci. Il 23 dicembre 2025 si presenta il corriere UPS che al citofono dice che devo scendere a ritirare il pacco e a pagare. Gli dico che ho già pagato il giorno prima. Il corriere UPS mi dice che a lui il pagamento non risulta e non accettata di visionare la mail che ho ricevuto da parte loro di avvenuto pagamento. Se ne va dicendo che verificherà e tornerà. Intanto sul tracking della consegna scrivono che il 23 non hanno consegnato perché io nn c’ero. Bugia. Poi riprogrammano la consegna per il 24 dicembre 2025 ma non consegnano, allora tramite il loro sito chiedo la riprogrammazione. Ho chiamato Canadian per segnalare a UPS di avvisarmi qualche ora prima della consegna perché non ho la portineria. Non penso sia servito, ho ricevuto il pacco senza avviso preliminare. Segnalo questa esperienza perché sia utile ad altri che volessero comprare on line da Candian e pagare UPS in anticipo invece di usare la modalità contrassegno, che il servizio proposto non funziona. Se selezioni contrassegno meglio pagare alla consegna e non accettare la proposta del corriere. Poi con Candian non puoi scegliere il corriere come accade per altre aziende. La scelta del corriere l’hanno fatta loro per te, poterlo scegliere penso che sia un servizio aggiuntivo molto utile perché puoi selezionare il corriere che magari consoci già per altre esperienze positive.

I already knew Canadian Spa to be a good company as a friend had bought her hot tub through them 5 years ago and I'm pleased to say that they didn't disappoint. Tony was really easy to deal with on the phone; polite, friendly and delivered on his promises. On the big day, both Tony and Joseph turned up on time and made the whole event fun, exciting and seamless.

The hot tub is beautiful and I was happy to see that 3 days into having it, a thick frost settled overnight on the top of it. Despite the 40 degree water below, the frost remained on there until it melted everywhere else in the garden too.

Overall, a great experience.

I bought a Chilliwack 2 person infrared sauna and it's GREAT. I chose it for its price, features, the pre-sales customer service but mostly because it was so easy to construct. It arrives in a very heavy box but each individual panel (there are about seven) can be carried without trouble. I'm a short middle-aged woman and put the whole thing together by myself in about an hour, thanks to the clever system of clips, which mean I didn't need any tools and could easily adjust the panels. I did ask a taller neighbour to help to situate the top, which is heavy and more delicate because of all the electronics which are pre-installed. Once on, it was the work of a moment to hook it all up. A truly wonderful design! The sauna worked perfectly from the start and I love the lights and bluetooth connection which means I can listen to pods or books while I sweat. The instructions are good and the on-site video is excellent. There were only two moments in the whole process that required a bit of thought - one was when construction the seat, slide it in before fastening the two side walls, and the other was hooking up the connection under the seat - the wiring with the correct connector needed to be pulled through the back panel. Otherwise the whole thing is a no-brainer. Canadian Spa staff whom I contacted for advice before my purchase were quick to get back to me in person on the phone and gave me the information I needed. The sauna is sold as being for 1-2 people. It is quite snug for two average women, but for one it is big enough to sit comfortably on the bench with your knees up and your back leaning against the batons covering the side heating panel. I think two men would probably find it a bit too intimate. Anyway, I have been planning an indoor sauna for years and the reality has actually exceeded my expectations. The company and the product are both outstanding.

Shop ist positiv zu bewerten. Jedoch die Sendungsverfolgung war nicht möglich da die Referenznummer nicht gestimmt hat, es kein Versandunternehmen angegeben wurde. Zum Glück hat die Speditionsdame angerufen und ich nach mehreren fragen rausbekommen habe das es wirklich unser Paket ist.

i bought your 3 person hot tube 11 months ago 4 jets fell apart could be my fault didnt use crystal instead of pucks ok so i ordered 4 jets 25.00ech (100.00) $9000.00 for hot tube ordered parts 15 days ago went on sale two days later have been billed and when i called to see where my parts are they told me they they haven't even shipped yet but charged 21.00 for frieght so two weeks later and they still havent shipped very poor service right now i wouldnt recomend then to anyone not very happy at this point
