Best value shop, its far away and I do get nervous about how long it takes to ship a stihl product but they always deliver. I'm glad they exist and recommend them to others.

Fantastic robot mower.....delivery so so
I purchased online, I was able by phone to schedule delivery to suit my requirements. The only issue was that the delivery was by An Post which would be fine , but, the post office delivery driver was on her own and barely struggled to get the box out of her ven. Luckily I was able to maneuver the box in the hall door. This was made way more difficult as one side of the box was covered in black grease. I think that when you purchase something this expensive and bulky and heavy that a suitable delivery driver should be able to safely trolley the purchased item into your house. My purchased item didn't arrived packaged properly, ir had the delivery address etc labelled directly on to the packaged item . The box was very heavy and really needed a 2 man lift.
I hope my experience can be useful.
