No problem with Robert Kee … my issue…
No problem with Robert Kee … my issue was with the haulier.
I was phoned by them to arrange a delivery slot and was promised after 12:00 noon …. the item was a large ladder which could not be left outside the property. They arrived around 9am as I was leaving my home! Were they going to leave it outside too? Not good.

After receiving my order for stihl…
After receiving my order for stihl multipurpose grease for stihl hedgetrimmer I noticed the date had expired... after a friendly call back from robert kee I was informed that the date on the tube is the date of manufacture, and the product is good for 8 years after.... might be an idea for stihl to put the expiry date on the tube instead... fair play to robert kee for clearing this up and a very prompt service.

Sold me a dodge saw that wasn’t tuned correctly I had to bring it to a dealer to get a new tune put on

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear you had trouble with your saw. Rest assured, the product you bought goes through a Pre-Delivery inspection before it is shipped. In this instance it is started, run and tuned to ensure it is working correctly.
Although extrememly rare, unfortunately, problems can happen and we're sorry that you had trouble. We have however not seen any correspondence via phone or email about this issue - if we had known about this issue we would have been able to get the saw back to us, re-tuned and delivered back to your door in a couple of days.
That being said, I see here that the order is going back over 3 months now, and it could have been the case that if the saw wasnt used until now there could have been some fuel left in the carburetor from the pre-delivery inspection. Since fuel has a very short shelf life nowadays, this fuel could have become dead and this is why the saw did not run correctly on first use.
