Excellent service. I was really impressed with Robinsons from the initial contact phone call right through to getting us moved. Craig was excellent in assessing our house move and gave us good advice re a 2 day move, and Sophie was really supportive in the office in reassuring us they would be available when dates/house exchange was last minute. Throughout the whole process everyone was courteous, professional and really supportive. I cannot fault them. The removal men over the 2 days were the same throughout and extremely professional. I would most definitely recommend the company and use them again if needed. I can't thank them all enough for making the move easy!

Moving my mother after more than 40 years in the same home was always going to be a major undertaking, but Robinsons Relocation made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

My family has a long association with the business, as Peter Robinson, the founder, was a great friend of my father. It was therefore particularly pleasing to experience the same commitment to customer care and professionalism from Anthony and his team.

From the initial planning through to moving day, everything was handled with care, attention to detail and excellent communication. The team were respectful, friendly and incredibly hardworking, taking great care of my mother's possessions and ensuring she felt comfortable throughout the move.

What stood out most was the genuine care shown to my mother during what was a significant life change. The team treated her and her belongings with the utmost respect, which meant a great deal to our family.

Well organised and methodical in how they worked. Our was a reasonably long distance relocation to a remote part of Wales but the team were diligent and focussed on getting the job done. Sadly one box of items was mislaid but hopefully this will be shortly handled by them.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others.

Robinsons were brilliant from start to finish - Sam Gibson was my point of contact and he was absolutely excellent, very patient with all my (many) questions, excellent communications and he made it all very stress free for me. The crew that delivered my items were also wonderful - so helpful, friendly and I appreciated their attitude very much!

Robinsons were amazing from the start. They were recommended to us and they didn’t disappoint. The quote was competitive. The process was explained up front with our move was planned to happen over 3 days.
The team turned up on day one on time. They had a look around the house and decided the order to load the van and got to it.
Day two was similar with the afternoon starting the unloading process at our new house.
The guys in the team were all polite and helpful.
We were downsizing and the unload was proving a challenge but the team were very patient.
All in all an excellent experience over a stressful few days.
Only advice I would give to Robinsons is that, as we were able to book the moving date well in advance, it would have been nice the get a call or email a couple of days before our move to confirm that they were going to turn as I’d had no communication from them for a couple of weeks.

Moving in a heatwave is never ideal but these guys absolutely smashed it!
Jason and Oscar arrived at our house before 8am (and it was hot already) and did an amazing job at clearing everything into the vans. Fast forward to getting our keys at 3pm, they bought two more guys with them and moving into a 3 storey house, were lugging boxes up and down consistently, all with good humour and a smile! Great team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

From start to finish, I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Robinsons.

Initially, I was just searching around online and getting quotes from different companies to get my stuff back from America. Everyone was so expensive, but when I reached out to Robinsons and heard back from Sam Gibson, he offered to price match my best quote and even try and beat it if possible. The resulting quote beat every other by a land slide and they were very transparent and open about pricing through the entire process, including what would and wouldn't affect the price.

They were very communicative and never took very long to respond to my emails, Sam and I would even phone each other and he was never difficult to get hold of and always very easy to talk to and understand. They were very informative, and when Sam found out that I'd get taxed on my freight coming into the UK, he immediately emailed me and helped me find a relief form through HMRC that would entirely mitigate this tax if I was eligible, which I was. This saved me a couple thousand pounds.

Once the freight was on the move, Sam kept me updated every time he got a major update on the status of my consignment. Once it all arrived and got through customs, it was delivered to my house by Josh and Owen. They were wonderful. They engaged with my grandparents and had a good chat and a laugh with them while also getting the job done. From arrival to departure, the two were very friendly and diligent and had the 13 box job done in 30 minutes. This included them opening the boxes, helping take them through to where they were needed AND helping to unpack them before taking all the boxes away for us, leaving our house tidy like they'd never even been.

Overall, what an amazing experience I've had with them. The whole team here clearly works well with each other and works hard to earn their reputation. A reputation that they deserve and more. I couldn't possibly give them a more scathingly positive review. If I ever have to move again, I know exactly where I'm taking my custom.

Dealing with Robinsons Relocations Ltd was the easiest part of our house move. Communication with them was excellent throughout, with regular check ins and quick responses. The gentleman that came on the day, coordinated by Matt Bristow, were so polite, considerate and efficient. I am in awe of how much they got done, and how skilled they were at manoeuvring furniture, with no incidences whatsoever. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent contact, very customer-oriented and honest, professional treatment. They moved my personal belongings from Reading through the Brexit border to the Netherlands smoothly and did their very best to fulfil all my wishes and requests. I highly recommend this company to other costumers.

A fantastic experience from the first phone call to the last box. 'Pops' and his crew didn't just turn up and execute the job, they brought a level of humor to their professionalism that was much needed on such a stressful day.
They treated both houses like their own, ensured everything went to plan, timed everything perfectly and treated my mother with respect on a challenging day.

If Carlsberg did removal companies....

My mother was downsizing from a house approximately 120 miles away and we were due to have a lot of her furniture, so I needed a removals company.
The quotation was easy to arrange. I emailed through the sizes and photographs of the items of furniture, plus post codes for both addresses, and that was enough for the quotation which was emailed to me the following day.
Before sending the acceptance, I had a telephone conversation with Robinsons and agreed the likely removal date, which I confirmed on the acceptance. The exact time was confirmed the day before the removal took place.
Despite it being more than a 2-hour drive, and my mother’s house was down country lanes and not easy to find, the van arrived at the exact time. The two-man team were both polite and courteous, and were very careful when taking the larger items of furniture out of the house and loading it into the van. Everything was compactly loaded into the van and everything was secured in place with straps and protected with blankets.
The van then drove promptly home and everything was quickly and carefully offloaded into our house.
The whole process entailed minimal fuss, and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation to use Robinsons Relocation in the future. Please pass on my thanks to all involved.
