I don’t recall ever signing up for emails for this but appears to obviously be scam to click the link of claiming $500 Visa card. Rarely do spam emails get through to my inbox so beware. I reported, unsubscribed and did not click the link.

I get many emails from this company under different senders and its all spam and they try to make it look like a real email from your bank ect. they need to be reported I am getting so many my email is out of controle

If you use this company to market to me, I SHALL avoid doing business with you.
The SPAM keeps coming, all wrapped in their obnoxious, patronizing, envelope. They treat me like I'm an idiot with click-bate that a turnip could see through, expecting me to drool over it - looking like the worst form pf phishing.
So don't let your company be associated with robly.com.

Robly use to be a well run company. I guess that ship has sailed. They have a huge problem with their system putting many weird ASCII characters on emails sent to iPhones and they are being completely unresponsive towards this. I pay an annual membership and I am researching the possibility of using a different company...they responded with "you won't be getting a refund for the 9 months unused service"
Quandra in their online Chat tries super hard to be helpful but I sense she gets zero support form up on high.
They just keep kicking this probable down the road and say 'check back with us next week." Well we all know how successful your company will be if you stop sending email promos.....(sigh)
I am unable to log in & support does not help.
I am unable to log in. I "chatted" with 2 Robly reps for nearly an hour. Then Robly severed my connection and now I am "forbidden" so I cannot even re-establish the chat. The only phone number I have for them is CALL BACK ONLY. This is very unprofessional, and very annoying since I pay them nearly $2,000 a year for their "service."
This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. I signed up to move over our large email lists, with contacts that signed up on my website. I sent the first email and have 45% open rate! Spam complaints way under the threshold. Few unsubscribes. Everything completely perfect. Results far above the market average. I talked a lot with the support guy, who was very friendly. I did everything strictly to the book.
But for no reason whatsoever, and without informing me - not a single word from them - they suddenly deactivated my entire account. All my data gone. No explanation at all.
We didn't do anything illegal, but send newsletters about world events. Just plain old fashioned journalism. Reporting of high quality. But apparently they didn't like that.
This is sick behavior. Really sick. These people deserve to be in jail, for such bad practices.
Don't go there. They are extremely untrustworthy They kill your business just like that and won't say a word to you. Insane.

Spam. Never signed up for them, never heard of them, but was magically subscribed without my consent.
Bad customer service and I didn't like the product
The email service did not work for what I needed. I tried to send a test email and it had to go through an approval hold period and then never got sent. I attempted to cancel during my trial period and clicked on the button that said "Close account". A pop up came up that said in red, You will stop being charged by Robly, and All your email, contacts, and data will be deleted. I wasn't paying attention and it said below that, that you needed to email support in order to cancel. I was charged the monthly charge and emailed them immediately. I received a snarky response from Quandra that it "clearly states" this on the pop up. Apparently it was not so clear if you aren't paying attention.
Be Careful Using This Company
I've run several businesses, both online and brick-and-mortar and Robly is, by far, the most difficult business I've ever dealt with. Their email platform is amazing and the best in the industry. But, their subscription to their email platform is just awful. They have very, very strict and inflexible policies that are easy to violate and can cost you $100s of dollars...and they don't care...no refunds...nothing. If you decide to do business with Robly...just be careful and vigilant or I guarantee, you will get burned.

My wife continues to get emails from you. Not just one or two but hundreds. I've unsubscribed from your list for the last two weeks and she still gets emails. STOP!!!!!
Still Testing
I am still testing the platform - I do like that they have a variety of things built into the system, and uploading contacts was relatively easy. I am finding the design portion a bit clunky to customize for the actual email campaigns.

Robly is easy to learn and use!
Robly's system was very easy to learn and use when we made the switch to it. They had a lot of the features we were looking for, like curated lists and more control for those getting our emails on what they want to see. Our open rate has increased because of our targeted emails. No one has noticed the change to Robly, which we consider a good thing because that means it was seamless and we had no problems. We highly recommend this product.

We Love Robly!
Robly is a great source for our Church to spread the word by updating our Parishioners on the upcoming event and news in our Parish. It is easy to use and they have a wonderful team to answer questions. It has been a great cost savings since switching from constant contact as well.

We LOVE Robly
We LOVE Robly! We have been using Robly for 2 years now and it is our favorite email marketing tool that we have used. The ease of putting campaigns together, and the "OpenGen" feature are two of our favorite things, but we don't have any complaints about the Robly platform. Keep up the great work!

Good enough
Overall I think Robly gets the job done. However, we've had reports of people not receiving our emails even though they claimed not to have unsubscribed. Also, the data shown on users seems inconsistent or non-reflective of the truth.
Robly HAD great customer service
Robly HAD great customer service. Sadly they decided to make a lot of changes which had a major impact on our marketing. First they decided to force us to remove gmail emails because they had not interacted for over a few months (during the pandemic our email marketing was reduced due to fewer sales being listed) then they changed their editor necessitating conversion of templates. They converted the wrong template and almost a month later after their agreeing to convert our PRIMARY template it still has not been done. My sale closes tomorrow and I have not been able to send out a proper email.
