Hi Dominik, we are so sorry that your item didn't arrive from the UK to your address in Italy via courier DPD. Your parcel was dispatched on 27th August. Apparently DPD did try to contact you to confirm your Codice Fiscal (Italian Tax Code) but were unable to get in touch. We can see that your parcel is now being returned to us. The Breathing Red Panda
It's hard to express just how much the Breathing Red Panda meant to my son... He is a big thirteen year old boy who looks (and tries to act) about eighteen, but when he took the panda out of the box and started to cuddle him, he was like a toddler again. His face lit up and he just curled up on his bed, cuddling Panda, a contented smile on his face. He cuddles it any time he needs some respite and hugs it all night long. It immediately became his most treasured posession. Some of the best money I've ever spent.

They replied me within a couple of hours even though it was late evening. Positively surprised!
Very fast delivery and most importantly it is a nice product and was a great birthday gift for my 7 y.o. She loved it. I definitely recommend RoboPets.
