These charms are substandard and when you reach out to them it’s a waste of time. Going to have to take a loss.

Items sent to incorrect address in different State but 6 emails later and showing proof from their link they tell me to check my premises-still waiting for a refund!

I bought the largest bracelet thinking their jewelry was adult sizes. They are not!!! The largest was 7 inches. Stick with pandora!!!

The clasp on my bracelet will not open so the bracelet is useless. I've been emailing back and forth for a week, sending photos and explaining the problem. Now they say they want a video AND that they only refund within 3 days if the bracelet is faulty. Totally awful. The charms are cute but definitely look cheap. Don't waste your money.

Worst quality jewelry there is and don’t stand behind there product. If more than 3 days then you are out of luck. Avoid this scam of a business.

I bought over $500 dollars in their online store. I bought an infinity circle ring for $19.99 and the ring turned brass within 5 days of me wearing it. I sent pictures and sent pictures . Their customer service is horrible. they emailed me saying that they could only do something within the first 4 days of delivery. If an item turns brass in 4 days then why advertise it as 9.25 silver. They are a SCAM

Awfull charms and charm bracelet, never worn the bracelet and when I went to wear it it was all discoloured and looked awfull!!
Spoke to customer service they were no help at all and basically just said nothing they can do!!
