Not good!
Just received the August monthly subscription beauty box and to be honest I’m once again annoyed at the valuation Roccabox has placed on the box. There is absolutely no way on earth that box is worth £120. Stop doing this, it’s disgraceful. It is not a good box either, with the exception of the Anastasia Brow Serum. The Erth Skin product is yet another bad repeat and it is very, very bad. Zero moisturisation and zero glow. As for the cleanser, it’s useless, it removes nothing. As for the lip treatment, why not put in a nude for a change or something that’s clear so that more people will able to use it without thinking that colour will not suit me? I accept that I will not like every product included all the time but I do not ever appreciate being told something is worth far more than it is. In this instance, I appreciate that for my subscription fee I have value for money because I will try 2/3 products but please stop repeating products and stop over inflating the value.

For £20 it was a nice little suprise box. Brought 2 and swapped bit with my 16 year old. Not sure if we woukd use all of the products but its ok.

Used to be an excellent box, now it’s kinda hit and miss. Don’t go down the glossy box/ look fantastic route please, the tiny sample sizes to be found often in those two boxes are very meh

Unfortunately my order was never received as it was lost in transit and the products are no longer available.
I cannot fault how quickly I was refunded but just very disappointed the items were lost as they were birthday gifts.

The Roccabox I received through a promotion run by Sky tv was ok. I get a few subscription boxes, and this was a run of the mill box with nothing particularly exciting or unusual in it. If I wasn’t used to subscription boxes I probably would have appreciated it more.

I’ve bought 12 months subscription
I’ve bought 12 months subscription, third box in… these boxes are okay. The products aren’t great, the products are not as considered and well collated as say a glossy box or look fantastic box. It’s advertised as a ‘premium’ box however the product so far haven’t been premium and some look more like a start up business. Nice to have each month but if you’re looking for products that you’d likely stick with and repurchase I’d probably look at another subscription box

Very disappointing and misleading
Very disappointed in the contents of this box. The description indicated that the contents were worth over £200, I am glad I did not pay that much for them. I purchased the box as a gift for my wife, hoping she would get some good quality items, however, whilst the quality my have been okay we did not try them as as soon as I opened the box they were thrown away in disgust at the meagre offering and the thought that the contents were claimed to be worth so much and yet were probably not much more than the "special offer" price paid

Ordered promotions and then heard back that they have run out of stock even though in the first place is was ordered
Don't know what went wrong I'm a diamond VIP sky member and they sent me a link to buy some of these products from you, I was waiting for two months and didn't receive them. I had to contact them for my items or refund, which was refund as conveniently the offers of all sold out lol very sad couldn't try them out and will never use try this again sadly. Would thought they would give me a little free product to try and entice me back,
but no obviously I'm not good enough....
