Well made strong bags, I’ve converted my Brompton to electric and this bad is perfect for the 2kg battery with slight modification to a inside lining it fits like a glove. The mounting is strong and easy to fit and has the added security of a stem strap. This is the 3rd bag and what ever use I’ve bought them for they work perfectly. They are very water resistant to. Sides are spot on to. Great strong nice looking product.

I would have liked the strap and buckle that goes over the top of the pannier, for the buckle to be at the 'hanging end', rather than lower down.
What appealed to me were the two wearing feet underneath. Overt he years I have found that my Ortliebs have worn on the corners.

Excellent customer service, I had a problem (my fault)with my light,Bracket broke when I fell of my bike,contacted them,resolved with a new Bracket, which they didn't need to do.Have purchased a few items, in the passed, no problems 😊

Ordered my lights 2 weeks ago and still no package, only to be told was coming from China
I would not of bought cheap Chinese stuff
This is not an isolated occurrence, as a team mate is having exact same experience

I initially received the wrong size due to the product using Asian sizing, which was not clearly stated on the website. This caused some confusion at first, as the jacket labelled 2XL fitted more like a UK XL.

However, once I contacted customer service, Livia was very helpful throughout the process. She clearly explained the sizing difference, arranged a free return as a goodwill gesture, and organised a replacement in the correct size from their international warehouse.

The replacement arrived as expected and fits properly. Although it took a bit longer overall, the communication was clear and the issue was handled professionally from start to finish.

The product came sooner than anticipated. It is just what I want to keep me warm when cycling. I can do away with a scarf and hat as the balaclava does it all. I can keep it in my pocket or round my neck when not in use.

My grandson adores his new bicycle helmet, sturdy, fun design and easy to get on and off. It was expensive but it will be well used for years to come

These gloves are very warm, wind and water proof. I suffer with very cold hands, the pocket is perfect for putting in hand warmers, this really helps. they are much easier to wear than other mittens as they tighten with too straps so they don't feel too cumbersome. I would recommend them.

Excellent customer support and rapid service over the busy Christmas period. The jacket is also very good quality and, despite being too small initially, the replacement is perfect. Would recommend going a size up on their products if you’re not into figure hugging clothing. Cannot fault service I received from Livia.

This was a Xmas gift for my son who gave me a list of things he would like for Xmas He is a road cyclist. And loves the hobby . So he knows what he loves . He was extremely happy with the product . Ordering was easy and delivery was quick . Overall 💯

I wanted to upgrade my head unit/ light mount from a nylon one to an aluminium one, but my budget was limited.

Rockbros had exactly what I needed, and the price was in my budget. It does what I need it to, which is to keep my light steady, instead of bouncing all over when I'm riding.

It was delivered in very decent time.

Not much else I can say, other than I'll very lieu use Rockbros again in the future.

I saw an ad in Instagram so I ordered a bag for my phone and to carry keys etc for my bike. The bag arrived but damaged by the delivery company.
I subsequently emailed the company who responded very quickly. I was astounded as it was over the Christmas period.
They apologised and sent out a new one.
The product arrived today. It was perfect and the service was quick.
They stayed in contact with me to make sure the product arrived in good order.
It was an excellent service and I 100% recommend this company.

Great glasses - really happy with how they came out for my nephew.

Unfortunately while the seat mounted rear light is a great idea, it wouldn’t fit on my road bike as I have the seat positioned forward on the rails so there wasn’t enough room to fit the light. Advise anyone else to check this. I’ll have to give it to a friend as I can’t use it, which is a shame as it’s a great little light

Easy to order and although arrived just after Christmas, my fault for too late. Absolutely delighted with Communication from RockBros regarding processing, tracking and eventual arrival.
