i ordered with my Name and Number and got it without. And my Mails are ignored to claryfied it

I received my order without the personalization, so i asked the customer support and they sent me the right ones, thank you very much!

also the product is recommendable!

I ordered two pairs of grips with name and number.
When the order was send, I received an email from support, that they accidentally missed the name and number and ask if I can provide it in a reply to the email with name and number again. - OK, that can happen, no problem.
I replied with requested information and a question what should I do with the package which was already dispatched. Unfortunately I received email saying "Your message wasn't delivered to support-at-rocketgrip.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

So I found that they actually using eu domain, I manually modified address and replied to support on rocketgrip.eu - success, automated email arrived that a ticket in a ticketing system is created!

But when I click on the ticket a login page to a ticketing system opened, but since the ticketing system has different accounts than rocketgrip itself, I don't have one here... and there is no possibility to create one, great! So I waited 48 hours as it was stated that I should received reaction in that time and nothing happened.
I replied again to the eu domain email, another ticket was created, same problem as the first one.
After 72 hours, I received an email saying just "thank you", without any response to my question. I'm quite curious if the grips with proper labels arrive sometiome...

Took a while to get but the grip is amazing

Ordered a custom grip last September, it arrived within a week, looked simply amazing, all the details were just perfectly like I ordered. Now I'm still rocking the same grip because somehow my stick decided to be very durable, but everybody notices the grip, it looks great, functions great and you can do nothing but notice, that there is 0 like for real 0 holes in my gloves.Previously I've changed my gloves every year or at least 2 years max. This is the first time, that there is no need to change my gloves. AMAAAAZING!!!

Love the product! Quality is great and the thing you can fully customize the whole grip make it look so cool. Good customer service, we received the order in time and in perfect condition. Well done Rocket Grip!

Fast and fair! Like the product (Hockey grips) very much.

Our grip tore within a week of very light use. They would not refund inky replace. I don’t want a replacement of a terrible product. Complete waste of money.

Also there is no way to do a review of them on their website or Facebook.

The customer Service was incredible. these grips made it through the entire outdoor season which says a lot as we are in Wisconsin and the weather does not always cooperate. the grips look new and have helped my childs game

Placed 2 separate orders early Dec. 2024 for Christmas presents for my 2 grand children. Even Paid the extra shipping charges on one of the orders to guarantee arrival before Christmas. Received one of the orders late Jan. 2025. Still haven't received the second order, now May 2025. Buyer beware, don't get ripped off like I was. Do your homework, read the terrible reviews.

Ordered from U.S. site.
Package was shipped "Latvijas pasts” - a company in Latvia.
They said was transferred to USPS.
Never received order.
What a waste of money!

Order grips in Nov of 2024 finally got them January 2025. Rocket grips sent new ones by FedEx now I am getting bills from FedEx. Rocket grip said they would take care of the charges but this never happend. Very poor customer service.

Don't waste your money. Grip was torn after a single lacrosse practice. Customer service promised a replacement three weeks ago and then ghosted us an didn't respond to multiple follow up emails.

I'm ordering since a few years for my son and myself. I never had any issues and the products are great.

Update: With really persistent followup and finally this review, I got a shipment notification for the original grips and an offer of more. Hopefully this process works out better and I can provide a rave review edit soon.

I would give zero stars if I could... ordered November 28, got a shipping notice December 6 but never received. Followed up weekly through december, now end of January and still nothing. 3 very disappointed nephews, I am so horribly embarrassed that I am unable to follow through on my Christmas promise!!!!

I ordered hockey grips from Rocket Grip, and although shipping was slightly delayed due to weather, their customer service was excellent. They kept me updated and reassured me that my order would arrive—and sure enough, it did! The grips are high-quality and exactly what I needed. It’s great to see a company that values communication and delivers on their promises. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Do not order these. Horrible customer service. I ordered mine on November 30. Today is 1-10 and still no product.

My order with Rocketgrip got off to a rough start but their customer service team did step up 100% and clear the way for a very successful shipment and made its all right. The 3 sets of Rocketgrip's were received and meet 100% of my expectations. It is a super product. I ordered these from a Facebook advert and it was not evident online what the currency is (US$) nor where they were shipping from (Eastern Europe). In the end it all worked out just perfectly.
