This company is the umbrella to Biker Ring -
this company is taken payments ignoring customers -
they are still trading and not supplying goods -
they do not respond to contact.
despite the address they are not UK based so refunds could be difficult. / impossible

Ordered a top for my niece for Christmas it should have arrived on 12th December not arrived and my e-mails are being ignored.

No items have arrived and no reply to emails - could kick myself for not checking reviews before ordering - not sure if I will get money back or not ?

I ordered my daughters Christmas present on the 1st December and I've still heard nothing. I got an email saying it was being processed but nothing further forward.

ordered a T-shirt for my sons Christmas, nothing has arrived and still no response to emails. Only just seen there reviews and wish I’d ordered from someone else.

Ordered a polo shirt for my Dad's Christmas and it hasn't arrived and I have had a no response to my emails requesting an update. Clearly a scam website and I hope it gets closed down soon.

Follow up, still no reply to my six emails yet you have replied on here.
I want a refund immediately, i have contacted al lthe relevant authorities to look into your dealings.

Biker Rings- also goes by the name Rockmerch Ltd- seem to have some serious issues with distribution and communication. I placed my order on the 22nd November and the following day was emailed to say the order was awaiting collection from royal mail, in this email it said that the standard delivery time was 3-7 working days. I waited the 7 working days and heard nothing so I sent them an email on 2nd December asking for the tracking number or proof of postage. I was advised that I hadn't paid for tracking (not clear on the website that you need to pay for it) and that they would talk to royal mail and get back to me in 24 hours. 24 hours came and went so on Monday 6th December I emailed again and was told that the parcel had been sent but had been sat with royal mail and that they would get the parcel to me within 3 days. The following day I received an automated order update from them stating my order had been shipped with royal mail first class signed for with a tracking number. I have now received the parcel today so it is incredibly clear that they had not sent my parcel and only did send it when I queried why I hadn't received it. I don't know if they are taking on too many orders and just not getting them out in time or if they are trying to scam people who don't chase the order and then spend the money without receiving anything. Either way buy with caution you will need to chase your order and keep on at them and then you will receive it.
In terms of the products they are actually good quality and very nice items. Its a shame the company are letting themselves down with the awful customers service and lacking communication!

Dont buy from them you will only have problems trying to recive your items
The items are good but you have to fight to get them

In plain English no t-shirt no response to my emails it's a scam plain and simple. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way

Ordered a tshirt, nothing arrived, didn't respond to my emails. As far as I can tell this is just a thief posing as a shop.

This is an indictment on eBay and trading standards that someone with all these bad reviews can be allowed to “ do business “ online I’ve just ordered a gift which the person was really looking forward too and between the lot of u it’s f_ked take our money no problem but no red flags on companies like this low life I hope karma gets the lot of u stingy greedy web weirdos is it hard to get what u pay for I wish I can give 0 stars

Ordered a baby romper in August, received an email two weeks later to say order had been processed (I would have actually expected it to have been received by that point). Never received item and sent 3 emails chasing up to no avail! Incompetent company who ignore you but take your money. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ended up having to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money back; wish I'd have read the bad reviews first.

Absolutely appalling 'service'. Ordered t-shirt on 7/9/21. Nothing arrived apart from an email saying they had received the order. Emailed on 29/9/21 still nothing, emailed again on 4/10/21 still nothing. Checked website realised there is no contact number - googled and came up with all these complaints. I have filled in Consumer services query via Citizens Advice Bureau. Carl Harrison you should be ashamed of yourself - ripping people off. Hopefully any other prospective buyers will see these reviews and not buy from them.

The quality of the T-shirt’s isn’t great at all and because of their “store credit only” return policy, all you can do is buy more thin, flimsy, misshaped tees. Just save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.

Ordered a tee shirt from these people, I didn't receive it and emailed the MD , surprisingly got a response and hey ho the item arrived 3 days later. The size I ordered was an XL , looking at their size guide ,this equated to a ladies UK size 20. I am a UK size 14, but wanted it to fit big. When the item turned up, it was tiny. I got my friend who is a UK size 8 to try it on and it fitted her comfortably. I took photos of her in this tee shirt and emailed the MD copys asking how the item could possibly be am XL UK size 20.All they said was I had to return it at my cost. I don't think I should have to pay to return this product as the sizing is clearly inaccurate, and looking at other reviews people have not received their refunds.They refuse to budge and are insisting I pay the recorded delivery return postage. I shall donate the item to charity.

Ordered a t-shirt off them a couple of weeks ago. Emailed and heard nothing back. But now that I've come across all these reviews of people saying the same thing I'll hold my breath I get the t-shirt. Very pissed off. The fact there's no way to contact them other than an email address is infuriating.

Do not order from this company absolutely shocking. I ordered a John Lydon at shirt from this company never received it, didn't even reply to my E mails, luckily enough I paid va PayPal so got a full refund.
