Ordered a Prince Purple Rain baby grow from the site.
Not sure really what the deal is with this site. If they are working with Royal Mail then they should really be providing tracking orders that would help immensely on orders.
The babygrow arrived today after ordering on the 28th Feb. RockMerch should seriously start working with better delivery companies.
Not having a telephone is a vote of no confidence or at least a webchat option.
The quality of the babygro wasn't that great, but it will do the job for my new baby.
A shame really for this brand as it's a great idea for a site, but the guys running it may be having teething troubles.

I have not received my order and email address advised has not replied back to me

I was hesitant about using this site to order from, as of the reviews and that I could not pay via Paypal, and i wish i went with my gut as the company has essentially stolen my money and is not replying to my emails. I ordered a patch on 27/12/2020, its now 08/03/2021 and i still have not received the patch or a refund. I ordered 2 patches, and only 1 was delivered after 3 weeks of ordering. I emailed, and someone called Lorna James replied to me, explaining that it could be that they are waiting for the patch to be delivered to the warehouse, that she will find out from the warehouse and look to find out or arrange a refund, this was on the 21st Jan 2021. I have still not heard from Rockmerch.co.uk about either the patch or getting a refund. I email every day and still no response, so i am now getting ignored. Do not use this company, they have stolen from me, it may only be a few pound, but I will continue to email until I get a response. I understand that Covid is in play, that there could be issues with business, but I am still able to access their website and actively order goods. This is appalling customer service, and please do not use this company unless you never want your ordered goods or money.

The item has arrived a little later than wanted as it was a birthday gift. But it’s great, husband Absolutely loves it! I was getting worried after reading recent reviews, but I’m happy now, thankyou

Ordered items from them, not delivered but taken my money of course, not replying to any of my emails.

Goods did not arrive - I waited 3weeks and then emailed their sales email for info.... 2weeks later and I have not had a reply yet (or any confirmation they have received my emails)

Well this is my 3rd entry on trust pilot about this company. On the 7th December 2020 I ordered a top costing 18.99, to this date I have still not received the item. I have sent numerous emails but as like all of you, no reply, it seems people are still ordering from them, why? They are just thieves who take you money but never intend to send the goods. Absolutely disgusting company, in these times when everyone's money is tighter none of us can afford to purchase items and then not receive them!!! Shame on you rock merch

Ordered a couple of T-Shirts around the 5th of Jan... I was advised on a slight delay due to Royal Mail issues.
It is now the 1st of March and still no items, my e-mails are being ignored and no refund or explanation.
Just use a different site to buy band tees from. Ideally somwhere that doesn’t take the P***!

I ordered two T-shirts from this website, one of which was delivered (late - which I could understand), but on the sales slip it just specified OOS (out of stock) for the other one - this was the first i'd heard it was OOS with them already having taken my money.
2 months later and still no correspondence/ refund for the missing item having sent a number of emails. No phone number to contact either. Never going to shop with these guys again and would recommend that nobody else does either.

T shirts were great, as described, printed design very good quality. Arrived 5 working days after ordering which I'm happy with. Just a minor note that I didn't get a follow up email to let me know the items had been despatched. Would definitely order from Rockmerch again.

Bought an Medium it turned out I needed an Large. I emailed them 4 times between 4 Jan - 22 Feb 2021 to arrange an exchange or a refund to buy a different size. I didn't get a single response. Don't know what to do, I have a t-shirt which is the wrong size and it's now past the 30 day return period. Absolute waste of time and money.

Really wish I had seen these other reviews before ordering, ordered with two weeks to spare before the intended birthday, thinking that would be plenty of time for the 3-5 working day delivery to arrive. I received my order confirmation and an order number so I was confident this had all gone through and would be going a head as stated. However it is now the day before the birthday and I still have no gift, I have emailed 3 times with no response, and with no phone number I am now at a complete loss.
I was very disappointed to read from their website that they do not looks into any parcels that haven’t arrived until it has taken longer than 14 working days. What sort of customer service is that?! This is not somewhere I would ever consider buying from again, even if my goods do arrive now. Not worth the stress or effort.
Either need to go with a different service than royal mail if they are still experiencing Christmas delays as we approach March? Or provide tracking numbers to customers so we can see for ourselves when the parcel would have left your wearhouse, and when Royal Mail are due to deliver?
Please do better.

Update. Since I posted this an hour ago I have had an email saying they will refund me...

Ordered a selection 5 of t-shirts over the Christmas break, the parcel arrived 3-4 weeks later with one shirt missing and the packing slips having been marked OOS (assume out of stock). No mention of returning the £13.99 or asking me to wait while they restock - Its the no knowing thats annoying

4 Emails sent to chase this missing item without receiving a reply. Its now 7 weeks from 1st mail

What I have received is v good but the post sales customer service is poor (emailed the sales address on their website)
