Great company, professional and thorough work.

I had a massive hole in my roughcasting and other miscellaneous holes that developed over 15+ years, the garden was overgrown and my outdoor tap was leaking.

I recieved a personal visit from Martin the owner/director of the company to discuss my needs and wants. He broke down all the options and alternatives, did not try to pressure me at all for a same day sale and explained in detail the process of how the job would be done and when and how payments would be required.

The people that came out to do the job were amazing, worked pretty consistently between 8am and 5-6pm for 5 full days. Not only did they do an excellent job on all the roughcasting repairs and coating the house (which is what they were paid to do) they also trimmed back a lot of overgrown weeds/small trees and removed defunct Sky dish and fixed my outdoor tap. I gave them permission ahead of time to remove anything in their way but they still checked each time to ensure I was aware of and happy for them to proceed. The final cherry on top was they reattached my house number. I wish I could provide pictures as it truly is a night and day transformation.

I would definitely recommend Rocksteady Roofing, Martin was very friendly and professional when he came out and explained everything very clearly - the steps required to replace roof and timescales.
Martin kept in touch at every stage which was great.
All the guys working on the job were all very professional, great workers and very polite and friendly. Left the garden really tidy each night as well.

Our house was badly in need of harling repairs and we initially thought about having it fuly redone. However, Rocksteady offered a great alternative at much less cost. They repaired the harling, and painted with a weatherproof coating. Martin was lovely to deal with, and kept us informed throughout, addressing any concerns as they arose. The weather caused a few delays, but the job was completed in the end. Only complaint was the windowsill was taken out before a suitable replacement was sourced/available. Overall, a good experience, and happy with the end result.

We recently used Rocksteady Roofing Ltd for a replacement new roof, facings and guttering on an older terraced house. We gladly give them the 5* review. Due to the time of year and at some points extreme weather conditions there was always going to be potential delays but Martin and his team dealt with this effectively and efficiently. There was consistent communication from the initial quotation through to the completion of the job with a complete tidy up. The team working on the roof were, professional, polite and hardworking, advising us and explaining at each step of the way. Overall a friendly and pleasant experience and we are happy to recommend. We [Edinburgh Instruments] recently contracted Rocksteadyroofing to clean, repair, and coat the roof of our commercial office in Livingston. Their pricing was competitive, and the work was completed to a high standard. Martin demonstrated excellent communication and planning skills, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the project was delivered smoothly. We were kept proactively updated throughout, and Martin was flexible in accommodating our business needs, even working over the weekend when required due to weather conditions. We would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Been about a month since the job was completed yet the back is still full of the waste building material in a total state.

When they eventually came to clean up, there is still a lot of smaller left overs scattered over our yard. Could have easily been avoided had they had a decent way to deal with waste during working rather than just dumping as they go.

Well ---- Absolutely brilliant, we had facias and sofits , gutters and down pipes replaced , the team of guys were brilliant and we are super pleased with the finished job, the guys worked well even through the rain, winds and cold , they tidied up after themselfs daily, and knew exactly what they were doing throughout the job , can't praise them enough! after a bad experience with another roofing company, we contacted these guys , they were sympathetic to the previous job at understood our upset

Rocksteady roofing were absolute fantastic from start to finish. The owner Martin was extremely professional & efficient from Surveying, scoping, pricing to carrying out the works.

The scaffold, skip and materials came in sequence when programmed and the workmanship has been at a quality which one would want at their property.

Can’t speak highly of the team’s interaction and going the extra mile to ensure the job was completed on time, per budget and to the correct standard & quality.

The guys worked very hard and the owner was in touch regularly throughout the process from day one, even checking to make sure that the canvasser was polite and not pushy. The young man who came to do the quote was clear and thorough, he did not put any pressure on for me to sign right away. The canvasser, the salesman and the owner were the reason I went with Rocksteady. The Crew were polite and good workers and cleaned up well. The scaffolding company used also needs to be mentioned - they used gloves 🧤 on the end of the poles so that they did not mark my newly done walls. Quote was higher than the others - one gave me a quote from the top of his head, no written quote, the other company I had to chase the quote up a few times but even though he was the cheapest quote by £2,000 I wouldn’t use the Company as they were the ones who did my exterior walls and they were a nightmare to work with.

I was sceptical at first when I received my quote, but I went and spoke to someone who had just had their roof replaced and they were extremely happy with the work.
After contacting Rock steady roofing they gave me a date for the scaffolding going up and when the materials would be delivered to when the roofers would be on site,of course everything is based on good weather, the owner would phone at each stage to make sure we were happy during the process.
The roof was stripped and re tiled in two days and the roofers cleaned up everything after themselves, would I recommend Rocksteady Roofing Ltd ? Absolutely I would, first class job from a first class company
