I have called 4 times To someone.I was transferred back into the que two different times because the young lady stated she did not have access to help me. The call was taken again by her after waiting in the que and she transferred me back which put me farther behind in line. I understand the system upgrades but i have also tried twice to request a call-back but have yet to get one. This is urgent that i speak to someone.

Process experience
The process of starting the program was easy but hard mentally. There were a few bumps in the road along the way but as we are coming to the end of the program it is much more easy. We didn’t always get clear answers from the agents but today when we spoke to Chris he was more informative then all the rest. Give this man an A++

Dreams Coming True
When I first entered the program my goal was to be completely debt free with exception to my mortgage and house bills. I spoke with a Rockwell Legal Group consultant about what I could budget for monthly. The monthly payment was set. I sacrificed for three years and I'm feeling very excited that my sacrifice and financial discipline aided by Rockwell is about to make my dreams come true. The agent I spoke with today was very professional
The agent I spoke with today was very helpful. I am a call center Supervisor and I would hire this gentleman for his customer service skills alone. He was professional, articulate and kept what could have been a bad situation calm. I feel that he addressed the issue at hand in a way that the previous agents could not or would not do. He looked at the account and found the issue. I am hoping that this will finally resolve the my overall problem.
You have a very good employee.

I struggled for many years paying off…
I struggled for many years paying off just the interest on my debts and not getting ahead financially. A lot of time stress also came from aggressive debt collectors always on my case. Rockwell has been able to make my life more normal and manageable in many ways while relieving the stress of having to deal with the creditors. I would highly recommend them anybody in a similar situation.

I would recommend their service
Rockwell Legal has worked out a plan that I could afford with my creditors and this has taken the stress away until I am able to fully pay off my debts. I would recommend their service.

Excellent individuals in a poorly structured firm
I worked with Chelsea Kamind (I think that's what she said). She was very helpful, and tried to get my issue resolved today, staying on the phone with me for almost an hour, but she was unable to do that. I'm giving 5 stars because she was very nice and patient. I take issue with the structure of the company, though. I've had to call multiple times, and I've gotten multiple answers to how to resolve my issues. Everyone to date has been very nice, but many seem uninformed about the documents needed and what my file is showing. If there was a particular group that was assigned to each file, it would probably help with this issue so everyone in the team can stay informed about the progress of a certain number of files. I seem to speak to someone different every time and have to explain what I'm looking for and figure out how to resolve it with each and every new person. It's exhausting, and I get conflicting information. When I first began the program, I recommended it to many people I know. After my experiences over the last year, I would definitely not recommend Rockwell Legal Group.
