This is literally the most crooked company to deal with. The will straight take your money then lie about attempting to settle accounts and completely leave you hanging when it comes to litigation.

There is only one person that I am writing this for...Sada! Without her there would have again been no resolution to an extremely critical issue that had been ongoing since the end of November 2020. She stepped into my shoes and saw that the answers she was supposed to relay were simply forestalling the issue and would no longer suffice. Sada stuck to it and found a way to get the issue resolved completely so that there would be a logical progression to my account that was stuck in limbo. She doesn't use catch phrases, or scripted answers or repeat them because she doesn't know what to say. Call center staff can't help client's if the staff giving them the answers to relay aren't viable. Unfortunately for them they are powerless to provide real solutions that work and end up apologizing for someone else and should not have to. THANK YOU SADA!!!!!

I am not happy I cannot discuss my agreement with someone on the phone, than I have to get my final balance for a payoff in my email. I felt Keisha also go a bit smart mouth with me during the conversation, telling me I just said that to you - very unprofessional

Rockwell Legal Group can NOT deliver on their contract and will lie over and over again to secure funds from their customers instead of rendering the litigation services they promise to provide. This is a SCAM, do not give ONE CENT to ROCKWELL.
I enrolled with only two creditors that were difficult or unwilling to negotiate my annual percentage rate or monthly payments. My credit scores were in the 700s and rarely did I miss any payments. However in February 2018, I needed more knowledgeable representation to negotiate with my creditors and hired Rockwell after discussing the terms and contract with Lucas Schachter. He assured me that the contract was binding, and Rockwell could assist me negotiate or with an attorney should I need one for litigation.
Rockwell did settle one of my debts, however the other was never settled and I have little confidence they attempted to negotiate. I had to file my own legal response after receiving a Motion for Judgement from State Court. After several phone calls with representatives especially one of the senior customer service managers ERIC McCRAY, sending documents and emails, Rockwell NEVER assigned an attorney to handle this account. After I paid over $8,000 for this account, they did not move to share any updates or attempted to work on my behalf. Additionally, they did not respond after receiving additional court documents and the creditor was awarded the judgement because of Rockwell’s failure to contact the opposing counsel or respond to court documents as instructed. Rockwell does not have a LEGAL GROUP to serve their clients, only minimally trained customer service personnel and a few young unproductive junior attorneys like Patrick Wilczak. He seems to work harder at taking shirtless pictures of himself to post on Instagram instead of returning email messages. LEGAL should not be a part of the company name. This group is SHADY and DEPLORABLE and take advantage of working Americans who are attempting to solve credit problems. What is worse is they will continue this deception and grossly mislead customers. We must stand up and share with others about Rockwell's scam. In a relentless pursuit I will tell everyone I know who is trying to repair their credit or report to every outlet that ROCKWELL is a complete rip-off.

I was able to get my questions answered which set my mind at ease. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know.

Misinformation is provided during call. client specialists need additional training to better support customers. Issues are not resolved in a timely manner. I’m Not happy as completing the program is costing me over $90000 over there estimated cost! I would not recommend program to anyone else!

THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. YOU HAVE HAD MY SETTLEMENT MONEY FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND NOTHING SETTLED. NOW I AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I WOULD LIKE TO TALK WITH THE PRESIDENT OF ROCKWELL LEGAL GROUP.

The hold time when I called in this last time was almost non-existent. In the past I've regularly waiting 15-45 minutes. Thank you!!!!!

Rockwell has helped me in the last 2 years get rid of my high credit card debit! I have graduated! They are all paid off. I am so thankful for all their help!
