As always ROL gave great customer service. This time it was Billy. He was very helpful and informative and ROL is always great value for money. It’s always my first choice when booking a cruise. 10/10

clear efficient service

We previously cruised with ROL to Iceland and when we arrived at the airport to fly home we found that our flight had been cancelled by BA who initially told us to find a hotel and come back in 3 days when there was an available flight. We phoned ROL but could only get an answering service saying that they weren’t available because they didn’t work on Sunday! We had to find our own way home without any support from ROL.
This week we decided to give them a second chance and booked a Caribbean cruise with them and paid the agreed deposit of over £4000. Now they tell us that they misquoted the business class flights and the price only covered one way so ROL needed a further £3000. There was no concession or reduction offered so we cancelled the trip. That was 6 days ago and ROL still haven’t returned my deposit. ROL say they offer good value cruise trips but with awful service like this my advice is to stay clear.

The sales agent paid attention to my specific needs when choosing a cabin and, although it is not possible to select an exact one at this moment in time (this was a pre-registration), I was happy to go ahead and pay my deposit as it was clear he had listened and made a note of the information. I will find out on 18th which cabin has been allocated me - exciting!

I sent an online query for a cruise and within an hour someone had called me back.
They were very knowledgeable and found my previous information (even though it had been about 10 years since I’d sailed with Cunard). Pre-booking completed and I’m very happy with the whole process
