Be careful shopping at the Rome Gift Shop.
You will not receive goods for which you have paid.
They never reply to your emails.
On April 28, 2020, I order from the Rome Gift Shop 'Sistine Cross' gold and crystal bookmark and Jesus Bearing the Cross Bookmark.
On the same day, I am told that the Vatican is closing down because of Corona.
On May 22, 2020, I am notified that the following items have been sent to me "Jesus Bearing the Cross Bookmark.
Order Status: Shipped.,
Tracking: USPS Shipping.,
Shipping method: First class mail.
The second order I no message on "Sistine Cross' Gold and Crystal Bookmark".
Rome Gift Shop has withdrawn payment for both orders from my credit card
On May 27, 2020, I write to customer service and ask them to send a tracking number on the item, but they never respond.
On May 29, 2020, I am writing to the Rome Gift Shop again, to get an answer on when I receive both of my items, which have paid for, but not this time, they answer me.
The 3rd time I write them is June 2, 2020, where I again request status on both of my items, but they do not respond.
On their home page, the Rome Gift Shop writes that all emails they receive will be answered on the same day they are received.
I hope you this time, please reply to my email and tell me the status of both my orders ??
