Quality furniture and amazing customer service!
We needed to refurnish our kitchen/lounge / dinning room. After searching many companies we found Roobba online. We called them and Chloe helped us design our new look. Nothing was too much trouble, Chloe advised fabrics on chairs and stools to match the sofa. The sofa we ordered didn't quite suit the room, after a conversation with Chloe the sofa was picked up and refunded and a larger one was delivered. Customer service like this is rare these days. Roobaa are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done. I would recommend them to everyone!!

I bought my two Elle bars stools for the opening of my home makeup studio. I had been looking for so long but couldn’t find anything that matched the look and quality of these. They have been a perfect and look incredible. Loads of people have commented.
I will definitely be purchasing more when I do more home improvements.
You will not find better quality. Would 1000% recommend to anyone wanting to elevate their home.

Great service from start to finish. Chloe was a big help in choosing which items would work best and then we were delighted when everything arrived. They quality is really fantastic and the chairs have made our kitchen. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again.

I rarely leave negative reviews but I feel it is important to share my experience so other customers can make an informed decision.

I purchased an Alby bed from ROOBBA, which included delivery and assembly. Unfortunately, the delivery and installation process fell significantly below the standard I expected from a furniture company of this level.

The first installation attempt was unsuccessful. The installers were rude and unwilling to carry the bed upstairs despite this being part of the service I had paid for. They contacted their office to avoid delivering the bed but they were instructed to proceed as there was no reason not to deliver. I ultimately had to assist with carrying the bed up the stairs myself as the men were unwilling to do it. They then left the bed unassembled.

The second visit to assemble the bed also raised concerns. Only one installer carried out the work with the other refusing the get out of the van outside. I was asked to provide tools and gloves, and my own furniture was even used as support during assembly without my permission, resulting in damage to it. The installer’s conduct, including repeated swearing while I was alone in my home, made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Following installation, there were also issues with the bed itself, including problems with the ottoman mechanism not lifting, alignment issues and the lifting handle being incorrectly installed, which required further investigation and additional attendance. The bed was also damaged and left dirty which required professional cleaning to remove the marks and ROOBBA shipping me additional parts that I then had to change and install myself. Overall the quality and damage to the bed left after the installation was a disgrace.

The installation process also caused damage to my newly installed wood flooring. Whilst I appreciate that ROOBBA uses third-party installers, my contract was with ROOBBA and I expected them to take ownership of resolving the issues arising from the service they arranged on my behalf.

The most disappointing part of the experience was the handling of the complaint. Whilst ROOBBA’s customer service team were polite and communicated with me, I was ultimately left to spend weeks chasing the delivery company, their insurers and different parties myself to try to resolve damage caused during the installation arranged through ROOBBA. I do not believe this should have been the customer’s responsibility, and ROOBBA could have done far more to manage the situation directly and ensure a timely resolution instead of leaving me to do this on my own.

To be fair, once the third installation team attended, the bed was eventually fixed and is now working properly. However, the amount of time, stress and effort required to resolve what should have been a straightforward delivery and installation process has significantly impacted my overall experience.

I hope ROOBBA reviews its installation partners, quality control processes and complaint handling procedures so future customers do not experience the same issues.

Wow! What an impressive company this is. First of all I was blown away by the customer service. Luke bent over backwards to answer all my questions and send me samples and gave great advice on my order.
When the bar stools arrived I was so impressed again. The packaging was perfect and protected the product very well. But the bar stools…. Unreal. The quality of the workmanship is fabulous and the style so on trend and stunning. 🤩 I went for the Kira in black wood and gold hardware. I am obsessed with them. They are a weighted, next level quality item. Such a high calibre product compared so some products we get these days where they are cheaply made.
I have ordered two accent chairs too- can’t wait for them. I will probably be ordering a dinning table next. Honestly so impressed ❤️

I ordered the Elle dining chairs from this company and cannot praise them enough for their excellent communication. Delivery of the chairs was seamless and we couldn't be happier with them. They are absolutely stunning, the quality is first class and they are incredibly well made. I am beyond delighted with them and everyone that comes to the house comments on them. They are not only gorgeous to look at but so comfortable to sit on. Absolutely thrilled!

I bought six dining Roobba chairs about three months ago, and I’m genuinely amazed!

The fabric is really luxurious, easy to wipe clean as I have three young children, and the chairs are sturdy. They’re also really comfortable, and they add such a nice touch to our living room. I was a bit nervous ordering online our dining chairs, but delivery was fast and the chairs arrived exactly as described.

Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. If you’re looking for something stylish but still practical for a busy family home, I can honestly recommend Roobba.

What a brilliant company!
Their customer service has been amazing. We ordered furniture for a house we were renovating. We had quite a few delays with the building work and an issue with what we had ordered, but Roobba helped us with all the problems we faced.
They replied quickly to our emails and helped us so much with everything.
