Great experience dealing with this company. I purchased a Thule VeloCompact 926 – 3 Bike Cycle Carrier and unfortunately had an issue with the lights, which turned out to be a manufacturing fault with the wiring loom.

I contacted them and the issue was handled promptly under warranty. The replacement part arrived quickly, was easy to fit, and everything is now working as it should.

Great delivery and after sales service

Ordered roof bars, expecting 2-5 working days; needed them for holiday. It's now been 10 working days. Was told it would be delivered today. Again, I had to chase them myself for the second time. Zero communication from them to advise of delays. not great service. Now they have told me they will be with me on the weekend, so I will see if they turn up!

Rapid delivery, great price and a good experience with customer service by phone with a member of staff who really knew the Thule product.

Had a really good experience with these guys. Ordered a Thule roof box which had a manufacturing fault, they allowed me to use it for the holiday I planned to use it for and exchange for a new one when I returned.

Easily to order online and helpful with extra bar needed for a second car together with competitive pricing. Disappointed that they wouldn’t price match a Halfords price for the roof box and courier used couldn’t delivery to property without my help and external packaging was heavily damaged.

I ordered a roof bar conversion kit for my Audi A6. However, when it arrived, it was clear that it needed to be used in conjunction with another product. This was not made clear on the site and in fact the instructions posted on the site suggested that the additional product was included with the product I purchased. The extra product wasn't even listed when I did a search for Audi A6 roof bars.

When I called to complain, I was told the additional product would cost c. £150, which made the whole purchase pointless. The service I received was rude and unhelpful, and the person I spoke to refused to even consider reimbursing the postage costs I incurred through their misleading site. Avoid.

I can't recommend roof bars enough. Good pricing and prompt delivery but the customer service is second to none. San was particularly helpful in getting a minor issue sorted with the minimum of fuss. I wish more companies operated like this. Hats off to all.

I had an issue with my roof-box. The helpfulness of the customer service was superb. I got a repalcement within a day! 6 stars if I could.

Came quickly as expected, I did pay for next day delivery. Good products apart from once fitted couldn't open the sunroof! Became more annoyed once I emailed them to ask if any solutions to be told it clearly states in the instructions you will not be able to open the sunroof.

I did not see this in the instructions however I pointed out it was a bit late once you gave them and started to fit them to find out in the instructions that you cannot open your sunroof. Never got a reply to that, so would buy from elsewhere in the future

They advertise 2-5 working days delivery but this is not true. It's going to be more like 3-4 weeks for my order. They did not get in touch with me to let me know. I needed the bars for a holiday. Do not rely on them.

First, I found their website very competitive. I telephoned roof-bars.co.uk for some advise on some roof bars on their site. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful. He made sure I was getting all the right components to complete my roof bar set for my model car. He then emailed me a draft invoice for me to complete my purchase. Never had this before, and it took any doubt out of myself putting the right items into the basket; As the expert had done it for me! Although selecting the free 3/4 day courier... The roof bars arrived the next day! Totally recommend!

Excellent service. I have used roof-bars.co.uk for the first time in recent days. I have found their service excellent. I received my package within 24 hours of posting and required a follow up query in respect of an additional part. Stuart was in touch with me within a short time was was able to deal with my request quickly and the additional order has been forwarded first thing this morning. Prices are good and customer service is excellent. Highly recommended
