Sarah the lady on reception is awesome. I gave my 2 weeks notice and she waived the 2 week notice fee to help make things easier for me. Definitely recommend

Perfect storage facility
Roomia took over from Storage King a couple months ago. The process was seamless for me as a customer. Clear and good communication.
The storage unit was perfect. I stored my belongings for about a year and everything was in good condition afterwards.
Lastly the staff are very friendly, special mention of Natasha who offered to sweep my unit for me at the end of my lease because I was anxious to see my granddaughter who had broken her collarbone. Thank you so much for that.
I would highly recommend the company for any storage needs.

Long term storage.
Where able to get a unit when needed. Staff very friendly and helpful.Easy to use with 24 hour access. Trolleys to help get to the storage unit. Price is ok only issue was having to pay extra for insurance. It seems very safe so I am confused by that.

In relation to storage protection, while our facilities are designed with strong security measures, we can’t control every possible circumstance such as unforeseen events or what others may store. For that reason, protection is offered as an option so customers can choose what suits their belongings and peace of mind. Many customers already have cover under their home and contents insurance, while others prefer the additional protection.
