Roomia Butler 5 stars
After researching storage solutions for a few weeks, comparing prices and services provided, I settled on Roomia in Butler- and so happy with the choice. I was provided with a complimentary moving van for the day, a very clean unit and I was impressed with the bluetooth tech in the facility.
Scott provided exceptional customer service, took the time to explain everything and with his knowledge, helped me pick the right size storage space.
I will be recommending Scott and his team at Roomia Butler for anyone who needs storage solutions.

As part of a recent system transition, there were a few initial hiccups, and we’re continuing to refine the experience to make storing with Roomia as seamless as possible.
Self Storage or boarding house?
When your company pays for a storage facility, and you turn up and see people living in a few of the units, then my confidence in security and personal safety becomes an issue. Reported to some manager "josh" it was like talking to a deer in headlights. Weird response. I can't send my wife or my PA on her own anymore.

To be clear, we do not support or permit anyone living in storage units. This is a breach of our lease agreement and, where identified, is addressed immediately, including termination of access.
We also recognise the broader context, that people may be experiencing difficult circumstances, and situations like this are handled carefully and respectfully, including with regard to privacy.
In relation to your interaction with Josh, we’re sorry you felt the response was not what you expected. Josh is a valued team member who is consistently recognised in customer feedback, and in this instance would have been managing a sensitive situation appropriately.
We understand your concerns around safety and confidence, and we apologise for the way this has made you feel. Please be assured that security and the wellbeing of our customers is a priority across all our facilities.
As this matter has been addressed across a number of channels, we won’t repeat the detail here. If there’s a specific outcome you’re seeking, please let us know directly and we’ll do our best to assist.

I’ve had an excellent experience over the years. I’ve just packed up my fourth storage unit, and the level of customer service has always been outstanding.
Maria was particularly wonderful to deal with, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever a bother, and she made the whole process smooth and stress free.
I highly recommend Roomia Storage to anyone looking for reliable and well managed storage solutions. I will definitely be returning for any future storage needs.
