Roost Heating has serviced our boiler for many years now and has very promptly responded to one or two small system issues. The office ladies are always very friendly on the phone and very efficient at arranging the appointments, letting us know who will be attending. Over the years there have been several engineers as part of the Roost team as the company has grown, but the work is always excellent with very professional and knowledgeable staff. This time it was Jack and new team member Vinnie. As expected, they were both extremely polite, presentable and friendly, arriving within the arranged time. Jack was very knowledgeable and took time to carefully explain the work and answer some questions I had. No hesitation at giving 5 stars again, (would give more if I could!) and extremely happy to recommend Roost Heating - a great company!

I was kept informed of the progress. On the installation day they arrived before the time stated and started work instantly. Professional thought out the day.

I recently had an air conditioning unit installed in my bedroom, and the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Christian, Jack, and Vin were professional, polite, helpful, and tidy throughout the installation. The job was completed efficiently and without any fuss. I would highly recommend Roost's services.

Recommended to me by Qettle for small job. The firm helpfully asked whether my boiler needed servicing to avoid paying minimum call out for a 5 minute job and it was due for servicing so they did both jobs. Chris arrived on time and worked quickly and cleanly and was very knowledgeable . . He was particularly helpful answering a number of questions for me about my heating system that weren’t part of the job to help me as an 80 year old struggling with technology. The charge was reasonable and the standard very good. I would unhesitatingly recommend them

I had a leak in my office Wc with water coming through the ceiling into the room below. Chris from Roost attended speedily and diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution. He was very polite and helpful.

Engineer Chris arrived as booked. He was polite, efficient and helpful pointing out some items I would be able to deal with in addition to his boiler service and safety check. Many thanks Chris and Roost!

Friendly professional service at a reasonable price

We are absolutely delighted with our new air conditioning system and the outstanding service provided by Roost Heating.
From the very first contact, communication was excellent – prompt, clear, friendly and professional throughout the entire process.
A special thank you to Ben, who was exceptional. He was incredibly friendly, respectful and professional, and treated our home with genuine care. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and consideration for our safety. He even reminded me to be careful not to slip on the protective sheet he had placed on the floor – a small gesture that showed how thoughtful and conscientious he is.
The installation was carried out to an extremely high standard. The team worked efficiently, kept everything tidy and left the house spotless. Despite working during an unusually hot spell of weather here in England, they remained cheerful, hardworking and professional from start to finish.
We are so pleased that Ben and his team carried out the installation. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Efficient and on time, and reassuring!

Jack and Ben were so courteous, explained everything before starting, and on finishing, as well as leaving everything as they found it. They changed a mixer valve, changed some joints where there were slight leaks and also replaced some taps. Thank you 😊
