A professional and friendly company from the office staff to the engineers. Clean and tidy and Christian and Ben's approach to the work at my house was excellent. They were helpful and were able to answer questions I had. Good to see there are Heating & Plumbing companies like Roost.

Speedy service from Roost, when our old boiler broke in December, worst time of the year! Ben, Jack & the Team were friendly, professional and very courteous. New boiler installed in less than a day and we've now taken out Roost's service plan. Absolutely transformed the temperature of our house - now cosy and warm, like never before.

Christian was first class!! Serviced our boiler and gas fire and gave us a clear verbal report as well as the emailed documents. He also spotted our Nest sensors were off line - and provided coaching through a tricky process to sort them out!!! Could not ask for more - thankyou!!
