I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered glass mugs and never received them. Here's tracking number doesn't work either. I will be now complaining to consumer code

orders not arrived after a month

i ordered my vinyls nearly a month ago and still have no update where they are or when they are coming. don’t bother.

Item never received, company uncontactable

Item never received. Unable to contact company. Emails initially undeliverable, then on website it says their email system is down. Appalling, just take money and no goods arrive. Would never use again, scam company

Meant to be 3 silicone mats in a box…

Meant to be 3 silicone mats in a box and only got 2. Bought an extra set which I intended to use as a present. Now have to open ‘present’ to see if they are there.
Tried to contact them but their emails have been down for the last 2 days. Ffs

This certainly isn't our usual practice as all items are scanned and checked before being dispatched, however this can be the odd occasion where human errors can happen in the incorrect qty being packed.

shocking product backed by poor customer service

ordered jam jars some of which arrived smashed and dented lids - rang Roov who offered a refund - then got an email confirming the refund within 5 working days - contacted them after 5 days and now they are saying they have IT issues - not inclined to believe them - very poor service shall not be using you again

As a first time customer I was excited…

As a first time customer I was excited to see the item I wanted at a decent price and decided to go ahead and purchase I also paid for next day delivery. I promptly paid at the checkout and awaited my delivery the following day. A week later I’m having to contact them for non-delivery Apparently They delivery company they employ couldn’t deliver to my address because of access issues !! There are no access issues to my property and other delivery companies have no problem. its just the average semidetached on an average street. CCTV confirmed no one tried to deliver to the address and since I was in the front garden all that day there is no way I would’ve missed the delivery ,now I have to wait for the delivery company to return the undelivered item back to this company before I can get a full refund since the delivery company has admitted they’ve not delivered it and are still in possession of the parcel I believe I should’ve had a full refund straight away. Will I buy from these people again ? not unless they change their delivery company.

Firstly please let me apologise on behalf of Evri, I'm so sorry that they were unable to deliver the parcel. We have passed this information to our account manager so that this can be reviewed as there isn't a reasons this parcel shouldn't have been delivered.

I can see from the tracking that the parcel has now been delivered and there's an image of this as proof. Unfortunately, this is why we're unable to refund the order due to the parcel being delivered.

Of course if you wish to return the item we will cover the cost of the return due to the delay.

I have also refunded the next day delivery fee for you, although it was still sent out next day due to an issue with Evri it wasn't delivered in time so I have refunded this for you.

I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you but I do hope this has now be resolved for you :)

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Box torn. No instruction had to print myself from another site. Customer service dismissive when contacted regarding both issues

I'm terribly sorry of the issues surrounding your order - I've sent you over an email so we can get this resolved for you.

In regards to the torn box I'm afraid this will have happened with the postal service, I appreciate that you were wanting to use them as a gift and apologise on behalf of Evri that the packaging was torn but I'm glad to hear the item itself was ok.

In regards to instructions the item doesn't come with instructions, the item is all put together and is just put into the freezer as the title confirms - I have explained this further on email for you also.

I can see that our advisors address's all your questions quickly and efficiently but again I have emailed you with further information on this.
