I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered glass mugs and never received them. Here's tracking number doesn't work either. I will be now complaining to consumer code

3 weeks still waiting for my product.. email and address not found… chat nobody is responding… is this company a scam??

I'm sorry you haven't received your order but I can see we replied to your email within 24 hours of you emailing us which you have again responded to so have received this.

We do state very clearly on the listing before you purchase to allow up to 7 working days for the order to dispatch.

I can see the order has now been sent and delivered.

Great service

Good servie, price and prompt delivery. Unfortunately cup handle too small for my need but I never thought about that on ordering. These mugs are brilliant otherwise.

Placed an order mid December and Evri…

Placed an order mid December and Evri “lost” the parcel, I wanted the order placed for a third time, but told no as system would not allow a third time. From a customer point not great. Refund on the way.

Hi Marc, We are deeply sorry on behalf of the courier for your parcel being lost in post.
I can confirm that we processed a replacement and sadly due to this also not arriving a full refund was issued.
We take responsibility for the courier error and are happy to resolve any issues, We cannot issue a replacement on a replacement order as the system doesn't allow this, however we provided you with a full refund and are currently raising an investigation with the courier regarding the missing parcels.

Ordered on 28th still not delivered

Ordered on 28th still not delivered . Evri advised delay on 30th but still not out for delivery Have they lost it? Damaged it? No way to communicate with them just waiting . Birthday it was for has come and gone

Hi Jacqueline, We are deeply sorry and frustrated to hear that the courier has yet to deliver your parcel especially with this being a birthday present. We put our trust and faith in our couriers to deliver parcels within the timeframe.
Sadly there can be rare occasions where delays can occur which we take full responsibility for.

The product was poorly made. To be fair this may not be Roov's fault but they should ensure the products they sell are of good quality

WHERE IS MY REFUND?!?

UPDATE....FINALLY RECEIVED THE FULL REFUND. they gave me a nonsense excuse that the automatic refund procedure did not process my money...nope the guy who swore blind he had requested it, hadn't. Plain and simple. The only reason i got my money back at all is because i pursued it relentlessly otherwise i would not have seen a penny back. I'm glad to have my cash back but I stand by the rest of my review, their live chat agents are not interested whatsoever. This was my second order with them, and the first was flawless...they have let their standards slide somewhat and its extremely disappointing. No customer should have to fight and argue for their own money when the contract is broken. Fact

WHERE IS MY REFUND?!?! order 100087765. I'm furious, my order was "lost in the post" and I requested a full refund, they have only refunded the express delivery charge of £3.95, my order was £38.59, where is the rest???? Says UPTO 5 days I'm 5 days and counting. Yet they are blaming my bank. Spoke to an agent on live chat (whose name i have been asked to remove), asked him for a confirmation email that he had processed my refund, haven't received that either, spoke to another lady 3 times, asked again for confirmation still not received!!! Can't any of you do your job with a little bit of competence??? I want my money back pronto or I'll ask my bank to retrieve the funds. My bank processes payments within 24 hours so it's obvious your staff have blatantly lied and the refund has never been processed in the first place. I expect this resolved ASAP before I also report you to trading standards for withholding my money. Disgusting service. Your live chat agents aren't worth a penny, totally useless.

Firstly I just want to express our deepest apologies that your refund didn't go through automatically and that you've had to chase this up.

I've read through the conversations as I can see the agent you spoke to was in training which she explained. I appreciate this doesn't make it any less frustrating waiting for you funds but please know that she is trying her best and didn't realise the refund didn't process.

As soon as she did she was quick to apologise and resolve this for you. We do all have to start somewhere.

I'm glad to see this has now resolved, as you can see on TP we do have 4.6 stars from 4,300 reviews so I really do hope that seeing this you may purchase from us again.

Awful experience recently with them.

I had had such a fantastic experience purchasing things through Roov in the past: the delivery was always quick and the products were always fantastic. I put an order through recently which didn't arrive. I couldn't get in touch with their customer support team as they seem to have fired them all and the calls don't put you through to anyone. I emailed them, only to find out that they hadn't shipped the package a week later and would do so in the coming days. They have their emails set up so that you can't reply to them and, so, you have to fill in their Contact form each and every time you want an answer, which takes 2-3 days at a time to happen. All in all, shocking customer service with 0 transparency for loyal customers.

I'm sorry you had a terribly experience with us! I can assure you no one has been fired and we still have a dedicated customer service department.

Our email system has had an issue but we can still email customers and customers are still reply. Our phonelines are available 9am - 4.30 pm and we also have live chat available 9am - 4:30pm for customers to contact us - this is available Monday - Friday.

I've requested further information from you so we can look into your order and resolve your issues for you.

Great, friendly service

We had an issue with our delivery (the issue was with Evri, no fault of Roov) which lead to our order being broken on delivery, and Roov were fantastic. I called their customer service, and got through to a really nice lady in no time at all who was happy to assist, and organised a new product to be re sent out to us, which was greatly appreciated. I would 100% recommend and use them again

Wrong item delivered- coffee glasses…

Wrong item delivered- coffee glasses instead of drawer liners. We don't drink coffee, I want the drawer liners!! Tried their online form twice with no response. You can't contact them by phone. They say there is an option for love chat but the link doesn't work. The only option I can see left is to hope they respond to this review?! Addendum: thank you for your response, I did manage to get through on the phone after writing the review and have now had the correct item delivered, many thanks

Delivery

Placed an order on 25th October, paid for next day delivery 4 hours before there cut of point. Good was not dispatched until 27th October and still have not turned up. No replies to my emails, would not trust this company, think again before ordering from them. Order number - 100085251
