Es hat zwei Monate gedauert. bis die Ware kam. Die Kleider sind billiges Polyester aus China und kein Leinen. Die Grösse stimmte nicht

This company is a complete scam!! The clothes do NOT LOOK like the photos at all!! I ordered 3 items. They shipped 2 of the 3. I immediately requested a return and cancelled the third item. They immediately respond that they will take care of it and they NEVER DO ANYTHING! They have never sent a return sticker for the two items. They have not sent cancellation notice for the third item. I have never received one penny of my refund! This has been going on for months!

This is scam. They took my money, never received clothes. Its been 4 months. The funny fact is, they keep on replying my emails, however, they never have anything in stock and still do not refund my money.

I ordered what was described as a "knit cardigan" and received a polyester item with a printed knit pattern -- all ink, no real knit. I contacted Rosacity to return the item and they responded with a request for me to send them photos. I just did. It strikes me as really unprofessional that they don't know what they are sending and that they are playing games with me instead of just telling me how to make the return and then refunding my money.

Des voleurs! Commande passée le 30 septembre 2023 et toujours pas de colis soit disant envoyé et arrive dans ma boîte ! Et un article toujours en attente de livraison! Et toujours pas de remboursement!

This is a huge problem site acting like it’s grandmas business that is going out of business ho I placed an order for 200. Never heard anything kept contacting never hearing. Where is my order they claim that shipping to my area is two weeks. 6/ to 8 weeks and they sent a partial order that had one thing I ordered. The other items were not the dress or sk lip I ordpeven ordered. O mention of where is the rest of the order the other Five items. Tried to contact so much it’s making me crazy. But when u do get a response it seems clear they are from china. The sentences sound a little off. However I keep hoping It do not order it won’t work. Wish I had not fallen for the beautiful pictures of what they don’t haven
Wish they would just send the items.

Ik wacht nog altijd op mijn bestelling!! Ik vrees dat ik mijn geld kwijt bent als ik dit allemaal lees!!!

Terrible clothing. Nothing like linen. Cheap and nasty and so far have refuaed to provide me with the form I need to return the clothes ( despite repeated requests from shortly after delivery). Don’t go near them !!!!!

Oh my goodness. I have never purchased from this company and thought I would give it a try. Never again. The fabric is cheap and substandard. Nothing like pictured. All items will be returned. Very disappointing.

I have bought some itens which is paid and nobody is answering me since the day of the purchase. The only contact is from email. I sent several emails with no answers back.

This is a fraud company. Terrible material. Their products are made with cheap materials. They do not give access to return the products. The email link and phone numbers do not work.

Terrible quality that does NOT match the description on their site. Waited almost a month for clothing to arrive and when it did, it was cheaply made and didn’t fit properly. Very disappointing.. will not be ordering from them again. Total scam.. don’t waste your money.😗

Absolutely disgraceful fraudulent company. The goods are cheap, poorly made and do not match the website description. Have tried to return for a refund over the last 9 weeks. Firstly I had to send photos of the items even though they were not damaged just did not fit and poor quality. Then they offered me s discount to buy more items at a reduced price ( why would I spend more money on something I don’t want) weeks and weeks of contacting them asking for a returns address snd refund haven’t worked. They don’t supply their company details. Today I was told the financial manager has frozen the accounts due to the high financial transactions and manger has postponed all refunds! Kinda makes sense when I read the reviews here. Avoid this company they are not good. Still waiting for a refund of goods which are not suitable. I fear I’ve lost my money.

I had several issues with Rosacity. I was hugely disappointed in the quality of what I did receive. Cheap and definitely not linen. That was issue number one. Issue number 2 came when half of my order could not be sent even after the items were paid for. I have been trying to get a refund for items not received. Unfortunate because there are some good online companies with quality items and good communication. Rosacity is not quality or honest.

I made my order and it was paid for but the dress and top NEVER arrived. I believe the feedback I am now reading about this being a HUGE scam. Now my personal info is in the hands of a fraudulent company being run out of China! Am closing that account because of what I have read about the scam. Beware!

Told item had been delivered. It has not. No replies to emails. Shall pursue through PayPal.

One of the items (linen dress) arrived as described, not cheap polyester as other reviewers have described, quite happy with it. One pair of shorts doesn't fit brilliantly but not the websites fault. One item out of stock but they didn't contact to let me know, I had to chase them up. Overall it's not a scam, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect quality items for bargain basement prices.
