Unsure on the site at the moment! Quite glitchy, refreshes often on the games. I’ve just withdrawn which said requires a manual withdrawal. Screenshotted my withdrawal request earlier as I’ve seen a few of these reviews, gone back and there’s no transactions at all. And like everyone said, the spins also are glitched I won a bonus on it too and now I can’t play the rest of the free spins. Will update if I get my withdrawal. Their customer service earlier was really nice though!

The worst casino
JThe worst casino
They took my deposit I won £150 asked for verification sent it all they wouldn't give me my withdraw nor my deposit in the process of escalating this to the gambling commission.
UPDATE: I have now sent a report to the gambling commission and also in the process of getting my deposit back through my bank. It's been 3 weeks since this issue happened and I'm not getting any response from them.

Twice I deposited under the assumption there was a free spins bonus, then any notifications of bonuses disappear once they have your money. To make matters worse they then email you making it clear they don't like you withdrawing your own money again!

I made an account and played for a bit…
I made an account and played for a bit before making a withdrawal. My withdrawal wasn’t completed for 2 days so I contacted live chat and was told I had to send in documents which I sent, I was told I would receive a reply once is was all checked and 3 days later I still haven’t heard back and none of my emails regarding updates have been answered.
It has now been a week since I tried to make the withdrawal and it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting it any time soon.
Will update if anything changes but it’s currently only 1 star
