The delivery did not arrive, the birthday was missed. on giving further information about the address I was told they would continue to deliver the rose that had been in a van for 5 days. If it is damaged or dead on arrival then to contact them. So " Happy birthday my friend here is a dead rose, 5 days after your big day". Not the greeting I wanted to send.

The Four Roses that I requested arrived in good condition and were duly given to friends of mine who had been so kind whilst I was in Hospital They too were impressed and The Harkness Roses proved to be an ideal gift giving much Pleasure to the recipients and myself

I ordered the At peace rose for a friend who has recently lost a daughter. It came very quickly, beautifully packaged and the plant looked really healthy. Delighted with the service, ordering was simple and quick, and my friend was delighted with the rose.

The Rose Bush is great quality and its recipient was well pleased as it arrived gift wrapped and in good condition. There was one little glitch and customer services were wonderful in fixing it and communicating.

I was sent the wrong rose, I ordered Jasons Rose, the one that was sent was Joannes Rose, I have contacted them several times and all i get is an automated responce saying that they are very busy and will be in touch, 2 wks later and nothing, i have almost given up hope of getting the rose i wanted, this was the first time i has ordered from them, and has made me think i will not order from them again, very disapointed with customer sevice
