This was my first time ordering and I didn’t know what to expect, but everything exceeded expectations. The quality, fit, and overall look are excellent. Delivery was fast and tracking was accurate.

The fabric is soft, well-stitched, and fits perfectly. My order arrived in 4 days, which was faster than expected. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I suspect like other Trustpilot reviewer I’ve fallen foul of same purchase of a Dyson! When saw it even contacted them asked why they’re a clothes store selling Dyson. They replied bought some excess stock and could sell at that price.

I stupidly paid £249 now no contact and as far as can see not despatched. Looks like scam company. Fortunately paid with credit card so probably get refunded but someone should stop this company scamming people. No e mail reply and no answer to phone number.

I would not recommend this business.

I was searching on google for a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner and found this web shop through a sponsored ad. Strangely, they mostly sell clothes, and after I placed my order, I could not even find the Dyson vacuum listed anywhere on their website.

I purchased the vacuum but never received it. The address shown on their website does not lead to any real shop, and there is no business operating under their name at that location. I tried contacting customer service several times, but the number does not work and I received no response.

I had to contact my bank, and thankfully the money was refunded to my account.

This feels very suspicious. I strongly suggest not buying anything from them.

Scam avoid company doesn't exist, even mobile number is wrong

I bought a dress for a weekend dinner and it fit better than I expected. The style is simple and clean, easy to wear, though it didn't feel particularly special.

The two-piece set is very comfortable. I wore it while travelling and didn’t feel restricted at all. I would buy it again.

I picked up a jacket and it has been useful for daily wear. It looks neat and works well for errands, although the design is quite basic.

The overall quality is good. The fabric is soft and maintains its shape well. I wore the blouse throughout the workday and felt comfortable, although nothing felt particularly outstanding.

The skirt I purchased flows beautifully while walking and feels very natural on the body. I’ve already received a few compliments

The order never came in spite of me contacting the company. I ordered my blouse in July 2025 and was told it was delayed and would come in November but has not arrived. The UK telephone number given is not answered and there is no listing in Directory Enquiries. I asked for a refund but I feel I have lost my money as there has been no response.

shoes are comfortable even after hours of wear. took them out for a full day and no issues, which is rare for me 👌

Order did not arrive; when I followed up with ROsgrove they responded that their records indicated successful delivery;
I assured them that was not the case & suspected the delivery agent had not been completely honest - Rosgrove agreed to investigate; I followed up with an enquiry a week later & a couple of days after that after receiving no update or communication.
I tried phoning & the number provided was invalid
Eventually I requested a refund from the credit card company I used ; stil no comms from ROsgrove to date

i like how the clothes feel made for real women, not just models. fits in the right places and feels confident wearing it

The jumpsuit quality is good and the stitching feels solid. Delivery was on time and packaging was fine. Everything met expectations without any issues.

Item arrived after a long delay, extremely poor quality and looks nothing like the picture on the website, AVOID at all costs, now trying to return for refund but not holding my breath!

Ordered a jumper from them and it is warm and helping me in chilly mornings , although material is fairly standard

the trousers are lovely but sizing was slightly tricky for me. once i got the right fit though, they look great and feel strong 👍

Bought on the 8th, nothing arrived despite website saying in stock and ready to ship today. Shopify says not dispatched yet and they say it has but no tracking update. Unlikely story. Luckily it’s on Amex and they are refunding and pursuing for me.
