AVOID !! Dreadful from start to finish ! Zero customer contact. Ten weeks to deliver a poor quality cheap looking item delivered in cellophane wrap like a football…from China.

My Mum ordered a jacket for £39.95 on 2nd October. On the same day, the same amount showed up on her internet banking for a hotel reservation in Amsterdam!!!
We notified the bank immediately and managed to get the money back but looking at these reviews, it appears this is not an isolated incident. Please avoid!!

Liars and scammers, horrible website, should be banned. Ordered something in September and never arrived. Money taken from my account and showing in Amsterdam. Avoid, do not buy anything from them, one big scam.

Rosgrove Scammers!
If I could give zero stars to Rosgrove.com I would. They give a London address and their clothing line website look legitimate but they are SCAMMERS! Took money for a cardigan and it never came. I wrote to them several times by email and on their customer service website, all ignored. This website needs to be removed. So they can stop scamming instant victims. If you see this in time DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

So I foolishly didn't see the reviews till after I ordered and when emailed to ask to cancel, was fobbed off with email to say since its been 'confirmed' it can't be cancelled despite it not being dispatched (if thats actually going to happen that is). Total scam and now needing to go through my card provider to sort. DONT BUY FROM HERE.... SCAM
