Adam (Darlaston) had one of his colleagues cold call me one day. I do not usually speak to people v long on this type of call. As it was, i had been looking to review my life Assurance on our Mortgage anyway, as I felt I was paying too much for it. Both Adam and his colleague were very courteous and helpful and i decided to give them a listen. Adam found just the policy i wanted saving me quite a bit every month , which i intend to use towards rising energy costs. The whole process took under an hour with guidance all along . I am pleased to date that I paid attn to their call and pleased with the policy Adam has found for me and the service he has provided. Can't really fault to date & I'd recommend using this company.

This evening I was supported to find a suitable life insurance cover by Josh and Simon Challiner. Ross and Richardson called me at a convenient time and provided a very personal service. I was made to feel like a valued customer and I would highly recommend there service.

I started speaking with Ellie what a credit she is to your company so kind and polite and made the phone call not feel as long it was taken over by simon who was equally as nice and polite would recommend this company thank you for time

Advice and recommendations were tailored to suit my circumstances and requirements. Anthony was very honest about how my policy elements should be prioritised and what was unnecessary. I was under no pressure and my many questions were answered patiently. I felt under no obligation at all and came away with increased peace of mind regarding my level of cover.
