Quick service, great products and really happy to see a company use recycled packaging for postage! And with a smile :)

Rouge is a lovely shop to visit in person and easy and efficient to deal with online. Last month I bought something from the online shop for the first time and I was pleased with the smooth transaction, which worked well online. Follow-up from the shop was quick and arranging delivery (it was a large piece of furniture) was straightforward. It wasn't easy to get the item into the house due to many steps but the deliverymen kept going and put the cabinet exactly where I wanted it. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

This shop is always a delight to visit - even if you don't buy anything. Its merchandise is beautiful and there is always a variety of new stuff - last week's introduction of some new ceramics from China were a joy to find. Those working in the shop are terrific - warm, interested and willing to go to all ends to find what you want. I highly recommend it

Lei was very helpful and she has some wonderful pieces of furniture in her store. It was hard to choose.
