Absolutely shocking delivery service…
Absolutely shocking delivery service you will never see my patronage again whilst using your existing delivery company DHL. Was supposed to be delivered on the 27/05 then 28/05 which I changed my family plans to take delivery only to find out at 6.00pm today it won’t be delivered. How you stay in business online is beyond belief

Your order was placed on Sunday 24th May, immediately before the Bank Holiday weekend. As stated on our website, delivery estimates are given in working days, and our warehouse does not operate on weekends or Bank Holidays. Your order was therefore dispatched on the next available working day, Tuesday 26th May.
Tracking information was provided upon dispatch, and DHL would have issued any subsequent delivery updates directly. While we understand that delivery delays can be frustrating, once an order has been collected by the courier, the delivery process is unfortunately outside of our direct control.
According to the tracking information, your order was delivered on Friday 29th May. We are pleased that the goods arrived safely and appreciate that this was later than expected.
We work hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and, in this case, your order was dispatched within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.

Very quick delivery of my corten steel firepit and stand (2 days after ordering) and the product was exactly as described - lovely quality and I think very good value. The postage was a bit steep but still worked out at a good price, so don't be put off! Can't wait to give it a whirl tonight, thank you!

Not delivered in time.
Deeply disappointed that the item was not delivered today. I specifically chose the delivery option because I needed it for today as it was a present. I waited at home all day, only for nothing to arrive.
Had the stated 1–2 day delivery timeframe not been advertised, I would have gone to the shop to collect it myself and saved the £30 delivery charge.

Your order was placed on Saturday 23rd May afternoon, immediately before the Bank Holiday weekend. As stated on our website, our delivery estimate is 1–2 working days. Our warehouse does not operate on weekends or Bank Holidays. As a result, your order was dispatched on the first available working day following the holiday period, and tracking details were provided as soon as the shipment left our warehouse.
We understand that the item was intended as a gift and appreciate how frustrating courier delivery delays can be. However, once an order has been collected by the courier, delivery timings are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
Collection option is available at the time of ordering, to all customers who required an item urgently, although we appreciate that this may not have been the option you chose on this occasion.
We're pleased that your corten steel bowl has now been delivered and sincerely hope you enjoy it for many years to come.

I placed an order for some Terracota…
I placed an order for some Terracota planters, which were on a special offer. They arrived safely, and i'm very pleased with them. They have a bit more "heft"
to them than what you see in the photos,and they, i reckon, will look good when placed on the 10mm Golden Flint gravel bed.

Very easy to set up, and looks just as good as it did on the website.
Took longer to arrive than I hoped, but can’t fault customer services when I contacted them, would definitely use this company again.

Very nice quality at a reasonable price (we did benefit of some sales), my husband was impressed. The service was second to none, call for updates and organising the delivery. We were close enough (1h-2h drive) to get delivered by Round Wood van with care.

Lovely Figures
I ordered 2 cast iron figures that I had wanted for a long time. I am so pleased with them, the detail is lovely.
There was a one day delay with delivery but it wasn't a problem for me. I do find the website doesn't seem to show everything available unless you know what you are seeking.

Awful. I assume they forgot my order completely. As until I emailed them to remind them 2 weeks later! They have now only said it will be delivered. Yest it was supposed to be 1-2 days. Worst service ever. DO NOT USE!

The products ordered were our solid oak architrave sets, which are machined to order rather than held in stock. This is stated on our website, as production is carried out specifically for each customer's order.
The 1–2 working day timeframe refers to dispatch and shipping once the machining process has been completed. We appreciate that this may not have been as clear as it could have been in your case, and we're sorry for any frustration caused.
We take great pride in producing high-quality solid oak mouldings and work hard to manufacture and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Purchased terracotta pots previously…
Purchased terracotta pots previously and the outsourced delivery experience wasn't great however Round Wood rectified this and I've since repurchased with them, staff were super helpful and delivered to me personally. It was really pleasant to experience great, friendly customer service which we both benefitted from, them with repeat business and me with more beautiful garden containers which second time around were on "Sale", they're not cheap but hopefully an investment unlike many other pots which quickly deteriorate in a few seasons.

Your order was placed just before the bank holiday weekend, and unfortunately we experienced a significant backlog immediately afterwards. Our warehouse team works hard to dispatch every order as quickly as possible, but during exceptionally busy periods delays can sometimes happen.
There was also an additional delay with DHL collections due to the high holiday volume. Your parcels are now with DHL, and tracking details have already been provided so you can follow their journey.
