Good job is done on cleaning a very old, dirty carpet. Some stains have come off, its brightened up and looks much better now.

Royal Cleaning did a clean of my kitchen / living room after we had some building work, they were quick and efficient and did the job that needed doing, plus they didn't charge a fortune like some of the other companies were quoting.
I would use them again.

I booked mattress cleaning via their online chat. It was quick, easy and a very reasonable price. The service was good, two people arrived and cleaned the mattresses and now they're like new again. It was very quick and straightforward, they just needed access to water and power. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I was looking for end of tenancy cleaning service.
The booking was easy and all done over web chat, it was very reasonable compare to the other cleaner in the area and customer service was also great.
they were very flexible and had no charge last minutes cancellation as well. Two lovely ladies came to do the cleaning and result were great (esp shower door. it was sparkly clean!)

We used Royal Cleaning 3 times. The first time the cleaners were thorough and we were very pleased. The second the cleaning was good. The third we were disappointed. We had specifically told them we would be moving in and to please be as thorough as possible with the clean. But i had to go over several areas afterwards. They had not spent very long and were done in under 3hrs (4beds, 2 baths, 1wc).

Booked for an after builders clean after some renovations. Took a bit of back and forth to get booked in for the right thing, first they booked it for the wrong time, then for an EOT clean not an After Builders; but overall they were very responsive and helpful.
Originally booked for a 2pm start, but they called morning of and asked to come earlier at half 12. They then turned up at 11! Which wasn’t the end of the world for me as I was in but could be problematic for some people.
The ladies themselves worked very hard and cleaned everything thoroughly and I don’t have a bad word to say about them or their work.
