Until I called, yes it took a while to get through but do make time... when I finally got through the support was amazing and I took a while to establish what I needed without pressure or time limit!

Due to having multiple changes regarding joint ownership and Affix registration ahead of an upcoming Litter, the team and Liv especially have been so accommodating, taking the time to explain each query or question I have fully, and allowing me the time to clarify and ensure understanding. I am delighted to be able to say that on contacting the RKC Registrations department this morning and speaking to Gary I have to Congratulate them on answering within 30 seconds. Gary sorted my problem and I just hope the Royal Mail are as efficient in sending out my duplicate certificate. Well done and many thanks. .
