We were fortunate enough to have Richard recommended to us by a local architect firm and are grateful for such verbal commendation.
From the very first phonecall, nothing was too much trouble. Post-Covid seems to be under particular pressure currently in terms of even securing an appointment for a survey on a property. Richard reassured us he would act quickly and was true to his word. Within a week, we had discussed at length our choice of survey and within 48 hours we had the proposal / schedule and a date fixed in the diary for one week later. He is the consummate professional and gives his time generously, even after work scheduled hours to answer queries and to explain any issues etc. We really felt he 'went above and beyond' to reassure us. Within 48 hours we had an extremely comprehensive and thorough report without unnecessary jargon or metalanguage. We would unreservedly recommend Richard to anyone in our position. We were recommended Richard by a friend and we were not disappointed. We were very happy with the service received. He carried out the property survey and report very quickly and provided a detailed, thorough report within a couple of days. The report was very detailed but easy to follow and also included estimates of costs of any repairs the property may need in the future. We had a few questions about the condition of the property and Richard quickly answered our phone call and put or minds at ease and reassured us that the property we were purchasing was in a good condition.

Richard is very professional and very thorough. He is also pretty quick at getting the survey booked, mine were within a. couple of days and the report was only a couple of days after that. He keeps you informed of his progress ie appointment and completion of survey. The reports are comprehensive and understandable for a layman with plenty of pertinent pictures. Richard has done three surveys for me so far and I would recommend him to everyone.
