Over 100 orders with RSVLTS 💯 amazing!

My over 100 orders with RSVLTS has been nothing short of amazing. Even if there are bumps in the road they will always fix the issue. Also, being a pop culture nerd at heart their items are the best and also comfortable! There isn't a day that goes by where I don't talk about their products!

Long time customer

Been buying the brand for many years. Probably close to 1,000 items (shirts, shorts, hoodies, and polos). These shirts have been some of the best quality (art and material) that I have owned. As other la have noted, small variations in sizes happen across their releases. I have not noticed that these small variations are any different than other brands. Even when there is an error with mislabeled sizes (either on warehouse labels or the labels on the item itself), customer service has always fixed it when possible. If the size sold out, store credit or refund has always been issued. Overall I give them 4 stars and highly recommend the brand.

Like some of the other reviews, shipping is the biggest constructive feedback item I have for the company. The amount of time between ordering and getting notification that my items have shipped can be a few days. I have had some orders take almost two weeks to be flagged as “shipped.” These extreme cases are usually when other things are happening in the world that impact such as strikes, government shutdowns, etc.

Customer support when I order directly from RSVLTS has been excellent. I have been able to swap sizes or swap items for other items without issues using the website. When an order used reward points for a discount, the exchange when shopping or taking store credit has avoided “loosing the points.” The implementation of the AI based customer service has been mostly unhelpful when initially contacting the company via email. In most cases I receive an email from a Customer Service rep within hours after sending the initial email. They have been able to resolve all of my issues so far. I have not had any issues with purchasing from retail outlets, from events (conventions), or from places like Disney parks. The company provides clear guidance that support when purchasing from 3rd party locations/events that support is provided by the 3rd party outlet.

Overall, I recommend the brand! As a larger sized male, the sizing/measurements for their button down shirts have been perfect for me!

Buy with confidence!

I was introduced to the brand through their advertising campaign years ago on Facebook and Instagram. I was hesitant at first as I'm very much a tactile person when it comes to clothing. Months later I had come across their booth at New York Comic Con, was able to feel the fabric and try on a shirt to get my proper sizing. Well that's all that needed to happen to find my new favorite clothing brand.
Over the past few years of purchases; I've had 2 first hand experiences with dealing with the customer service team. For me they were prompt, courteous, and rectified the problem within minutes to get replacement items sent out; which was no fault of their own.
Living on the east coast the delivery window usually takes about a week from the point of order for a smaller delivery of 1 or 2 items(not a hat) as those get boxed. Larger orders can tend to take closer to 10 days; which looking at the volume of orders, pull/pack, handling, and shipping that is involved makes total sense for an order shipping from California to New Jersey. Take note; I work in logistics and understand this whole process.
The RSVLTS HQ Team is phenomenal at every event I've ever encountered them at. Yes they're a brand that does conventions, and yes they are present and interactive with their customers or Insiders.
The community or "insiders" as they're called are dedicated fans of the brand and it shows.

So yes, if you're a first time buyer I understand some hesitance to a brand that's new to you, but hear me now, they make up 90% of my closet in button ups, polos, and hoodies. Not to mention their true other clothing options as well.

My favorite brand

My favorite brand. I have around 500 of these shirts and wear them everyday. Their Customer Service team is great, Pete and Meg are always there to help. The shirts are incredible and I get compliments everyday when I wear them. Return policy is great and they are committed to helping in anyway that they can! Love these and recommend to everyone!

Wonderful shirts and quick customer service.

I have ordered shirts for a few years now from RSVLTS. They have great designs. It’s a wonderful brand with awesome people working for them. On the rare occasion something goes wrong with shipping or the order I received I emailed in and they fixed it. They even fixed mistakes I made when placing an order. I ordered the wrong size. I emailed and they fixed it within minutes and shipped the order same day. Most of my orders arrive in about a week. Depends on what day I ordered. Look forward to new shirt designs.

A single shirt changed my life.

I've been collecting these shirts over a span of 4 years. 275 shirts, hoodies, shorts, bags, etc I'm a fan. The shirts I feel like we're made for me. The first one I ever wore, being a larger guy I was apprehensive. When my wife said "wow that looks great on you!" that was it. The brand, the community, and of course the company has become like family to me. They are prompt with responding to any issues, and try their best to accommodate. I've never had a bad experience and with the volume of items I've purchased from them over the years, that speaks volumes. I've had an issue or two with a wrong size or some minor cosmetic issue and they've handled it promptly and promptly and professionally. They have pulled me out of my shell and comfort level and changed me. It's not just a shirt it's an experience and it's been a great one. They take all the feedback, criticism and complaints seriously and really go above and beyond to bring you the best quality product. Consumer for life.

Incredible Shirts for All Fandoms!

Amazing shirt designs, good customer service, incredible shipping speeds. What more can I say? This company continues to deliver amazing shirts week in and week out. I've been ordering from them for years and never had an issue with incorrect orders. The shirts tend to run a little small, but once you know your real fit, it's an addiction that's hard to break. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fun shirts that represent your fandom (of which there are MANY!)

Lost my business

Thought I would be a lifelong customer, but that changed the first time I had to contact their support. I've been buying from them for a while now, I own almost 15 of their shirts and also a sweatshirt. I've had minor problems with the sewing but nothing I couldn't just fix myself.

But recently I had an issue with a poor quality shirt that I felt was bad enough to reach out to support for. They just refused to offer a replacement or anything. I would have felt burned if I was a new customer, but I feel especially burned by RSVLTS after being a customer for so long. They charge too much for a quality that they can't even stand behind.

And the cherry on top is they even have a dumb-as-rocks AI email support bot that you have to get past before finally getting to wait 24 hours for a human support rep. It really feels like they just don't want to have to deal with their customers after they took their money.

Luxury Prices, Budget Service: The RSVLTS "Social Media Trap"

Zero stars was not an option sadly.

I’ll start with the bottom line: Do not let the flashy social media ads and "limited edition" hype fool you. My experience with RSVLTS has been a masterclass in overpromising and under-delivering.

The Poor Fit and Design
For a shirt that is marketed as a premium, high-end garment, the actual product is a letdown. The designs that look vibrant and crisp on a backlit smartphone screen arrive looking dull and cheap in person. But the biggest issue is the sizing. They provide "fit guides" that are seemingly works of fiction. I followed the instructions, yet the shirt fits nothing like advertised. It’s clear they spend more on their marketing budget than they do on quality control or consistent manufacturing.

The "Restocking" Extortion
This company has no brick-and-mortar presence, which means you have to buy-to-try. You’d think a company confident in its product would offer a seamless return process. Instead, they hit you with a 10% restocking fee. It is an absolute "gotcha" tactic. They charge you a premium price for the shirt, and then charge you again for the "privilege" of returning a product that didn't live up to their own advertisements. It feels less like a retail business and more like a scheme to siphon money from customers who are stuck with ill-fitting clothes.

The "4-Year-Old" AI & Ghost Customer Service
Trying to get help is where the real nightmare begins. If you’re looking to speak to a human being, forget about it. Their customer service "portal" is powered by an AI that feels like it was programmed by a toddler. It forces you through a labyrinth of circular questions that lead nowhere. I attempted to use the portal during a holiday sale, arguably the time they should be most prepared and it was completely broken.

The Reality Behind the Brand
While the customers are stuck in "portal loops" and losing 10% of their hard-earned money on returns, the brand’s leadership seems more interested in playing "Wolf of Wall Street." It’s easy to project a lifestyle of yachts and success when you’re "praying" on social media users and hiding behind a broken automated system that prevents people from getting their money back.

Final Verdict: Save your money. There are plenty of shirt companies that actually value their customers, provide human support, and don’t penalize you for their own sizing inconsistencies. RSVLTS is all flash, no substance, and zero accountability.

Don’t waste your time

Once this company got AI it turned to garbage. Same issues I’m seeing in other reviews. Got the wrong size shirt. And can’t get anyone to help me. Went through the exchange process and was charged for it again when I shouldn’t have been. I own over 35 shirts from this company a couple hats and jackets. I will never be spending another dollar of my money with them. Their customer service is like original Apple Maps bad. People that work for this company should be embarrassed. I’m calling shenanigans.

I reported RSVLTS,After choosing the StarWars Varity Jacket LTD Edition. Did the normal stuff to get to check out.There chose of payment was Shop & it was unavailable,so there was an option to use Google Pay or PayPal.I chose paypal with a Confirmation email from my bank with the 6 digits number,I entered it wrong twice so when I backed out to write down the number I went back to the page & the correct number had been filled in correctly which I thought was strange, so when I was sent to the paypal page I put my email address & password in the it was asking me how much money do I take home after tax.Do I own the property with options that I put Tenent,then was asked how much rent I pay monthly & how much cash im left with after that.
So i backed out REDFLAG.I asked Gemini & they literally said this is a red flag,paypal would not asked these questions & told me to immediately change my password & contact my bank.Very shoddy,now luckily I didn't give no bank details but I would of hated to think what would of happened if I had. The outcome was they think when I backed out to get the 6 digit number it more than likely took me to a scam site especially when there preferd payment method was not available. I even got 2 emails from rsvlts asking me to go back & complete your checkout,the 2nd saying its low stock come on back,now my bank said no legitimate site would send further emails within that time frame.So just be aware Don't trust this site.

Awful Service

2 of last 3 orders did not arrive. Last order i placed on December 5 and it did not arrive. Went back and forth with them for a week. They finally agreed to send a new shipment. When it arrived after christmas the wrong shirt was in it. When i reached out to them they told me the one i ordered was now out of stock. If i want a refund i have to wait until they receive the shirt i did not order back before they would even start the process. Placed upwards of 20 orders with them in the last year and can honestly say they have gone down hill as a company. Don't waste your time with them, the order has a 50% chance of arrival and if it does it may not even be what you ordered.

I wouldn't even give a star. Ordered a jacket as a Christmas present. Received completely different jacket. Took almost an hour to even figure out how to report this problem. Was told I must send a picture of incorrect jacket with tags still attached. Understandable. Was then told that I must start a return/exchange online. They would then send me a return box and email me the shipping label that I have to print. Don't even have a printer. Once they receive the incorrect jacket that I didn't even order, they will then send the jacket that I have actually paid for. I have been begging for someone to call me as the emails back and forth are also not very clear. Nothing, not even an acknowledgement of this request. After they received the picture of the incorrect item, they should have immediately put the jacket I bought in the mail for expedited shipping. Now, who knows when I am going to get this Christmas gift. Also, I am out of town for Christmas dealing with all of this. RSVLTS does not care. The response I received was "Our bad. Sometimes things happen out of our control." I understand mistakes happen. How companies rectify the mistake is very telling. RSVLTS does not care about their customers and the inconvenience their mistake has caused. I now have to do all of the legwork to get what I paid for. Could be considered fraud if you ask me. I will never buy anything from them again. Avoid at all costs. They will take your money and you'll never get your product. Worst customer service I've ever received when the mistake was made by the retailer.

Order took 22 days

I ordered on November 18th. The order (2 shirts) did not leave the warehouse until December 5th. I had reached out to their customer service and received email replies from an AI bot that was conflicting information about the location of the package with one email saying it was on it's way but not scanned by DHL yet and the next saying it had not left the warehouse. The package did not arrive until December 10th. After our family gift exchange which means I had no gifts, but should have as I ordered in plenty of timing, 22 days to arrive.
I have reached out since the arrival of the package asking about the consistency of this issue and it has been crickets.
The shirts look fine, but at this point they are not useful as our exchange has happened and I had to find other gifts as the recipients do not live in town.

DON'T ORDER!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a shirt for a Christmas present and wish I never did. I knew it would take a while coming overseas to the UK so I ordered on the 18th November. Problems started to arise when it got to December and I had not had any shipping updates since the 20th November. Emailed to ask about the lack of updates and was answered with an AI bot which just sent me the tracking link. I eventually got an email saying it had been held up at Border Control and it would arrive soon. Today, almost a month later, I finally recieved my parcel. I opened the parcel to find not only the completely wrong shirt (nothing at all like I ordered!) but in the completely wrong size too! Ordered a Batman Shirt in XL, recieved a Rudolph Shirt in S. This was meant to be someone's main Christmas gift and the shirt I ordered has now sold out of the size online so I can't get one at all. It wouldn't have come in time for Christmas either. Emailed them and was first answered by AI again then by a human. The email I thought was very inappropriate basically like they were saying "haha whoopsies our bad!" when actually they had ruined someone's Christmas gift.
I've asked for a refund ASAP as I've had to pay out for a replacement gift to ensure it comes in time for Christmas.
