Impeccable service, fast and efficient

I got in touch with rubbish collectors as I needed some furniture clearing ASAP. The service was amazing. Carl called me shortly after I had requested a quote and explained the service and what the process would be. Customer service was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Rubbish Collectors Ltd and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I've used the company twice now and have found them to be very reliable. Communications were good and the guys who made the collection were very friendly and efficient.

Do not use this service! They quoted me £225 for house clearance which was a couple of bags of builders waste and on arrival charged me £50 extra as they needed to ‘pay for the dump’. Meaning that I paid £275 for a minor clearance. Terrible rude customer service.

Friendly and prompt. Would give 5 stars but they are very pricey. Although they were great I’d probably wouldn’t use agin based on how expensive they are in comparison to other companies I have used.

Booked for garden waste collection. Given quote for removal, then they came and tried to get me to pay double! Scam, DO NOT BOOK!

AVOID SCAMMERS - Was quoted £225, ended up paying £445. Had no confirmation email they was turning up, although i was told i would receive one. Complete con. Book elsewhere.

very responsive when inquiring. The team arrived within 4 hours of booking. Cleared everything and more. Cleaned up after they finished. Strongly recommended.

You will end up paying double for what you were quoted. Kept chasing to get me booked and paid even in the evening.
After They cllected half of the rubbish, they asked for alot more money to collect the rest without a shame.
Would give 0 star if I could.

Great communication and service but regardless of me providing photos, they underestimated the amount so quoted £775 but actual cost was £1240 (and they won’t leave until you pay!!)
