The Ruggette customer service is…very efficient and helpful.
The Ruggette customer service is fantastic. When my rug arrived I immediately realised I had made an error in sizing. I contacted Ruggette and they were polite and helpful. They sorted out the problem speedily and efficiently. I will recomend Ruggette to my friends.

Very good customer support. The rug was good quality but the colour didn’t work in my hallway. I was offered various options e.g exchange. but no quibble made when I asked for a refund. This was made in full and promptly.

I ordered a long runner but when the order arrived in good order, the colour was not as we had imagined, so we initiated an exchange process with Rugette. Customer care responded quickly and once we had established between us the colour that would match our requirements, a new rug was sent, with which we are very happy. The whole process was conducted professionally and rapidly.

The FB algorithm got me and I saw an ad for a Celtic runner from this company that I just HAD to have. Looked elsewhere on the internet for something similar and found nothing else to my liking. Many sizes available, but the 7' by 2.5' was ideal for me. Ordered it on a Wednesday, and it took until Monday for it to ship, but once it did, I had it in three days. Not bad from Turkey to Pa in the states. Runner is true to size and puts a nice finishing touch on my pub room. Unless the runner falls apart quickly, I'm going to enjoy the addition to the room.

Amazing Service
My rug arrived exactly as described and within 8 days of placing the order.
Unfortunately it didn’t suit my room even though the rug itself was lovely and good quality.
I emailed Rugette customer service who were very quick to send me a positive reply.
They were amazing- best customer support response I think I’ve ever had!
I really did appreciate their service. As an older person it can be a little daunting buying an expensive item online, especially when you have to organise a return. However on this occasion it was stress free and I am really grateful.
