Never, ever use this company. We received (on time) a rug which looked ok, and so we kept it. This was last December. It went in the bin 6 weeks ago. Horrible, cheap and nasty.

Total scam .... do NOT buy from this company, only wish I had found these reviews before making my purchase.

RugShow is a scam company. I ordered a rug on September 5th. The latest date for delivery was supposed to be 10 days. It is now September 26 - and no rug. I have emailed the company with no response. I am currently in process with Paypal to get my money back - £145.89. Do NOT order from this company!!!

Do not purchase from these people, I paid over £100 for all I can say is a mat nothing like the one I ordered I asked for my money back and they offered me £5. And there attitude was shocking. The website is very disieving. Please just don't purchase from these people

Criminals. Avoid, avoid, avoid.. their rugs are absolute garbage..

After reading reviews on here l tried to cancel the rug l ordered , as some one on here had ordered the exact same one and said they was disgusted with the quality, and how it was nothing like the one on the website. l received a reply stating it was delivered to my home already therefore couldnt be cancelled , it wasnt. It has since arrived but l declined to except the parcel so now l have opened a dispute on Paypal hoping for a refund . The so called rug was folded into a small package(and l ordered a large rug) and l could tell as it weighed nothing , that it couldn't possibly be the same as the one l chose on the website. l paid £165 for this and the delivery driver pointed out that it said on the parcel that the value of the goods was 8 dollars !!!! . ABSOLUTE disgrace ! lt is not a UK site , the goods come from China and after reading these reviews ( l didnt get to see the rug sent to me as l didnt open the package) l can see the quality is not only very poor on all their rugs but also very deceptive . Stay away from this site ..Do Not buy from them . They are scamming people big time , read all reviews!

This company disguises itself as a UK company but is actually based in China where they produce cheap rubbish items! I bought a rug for £60 which turned out to be a very thin picnic blanket type thing and nothing like what I was promised.
This will be going straight back! Absolutely appalled by their scam of pretending to be in the UK!

This company is basically selling picnic blankets and telling you they are good quality rugs. I spend over £100 because their website is deceptive something needs done about them. I will now start the process of getting a refund of my money. I am uttely appalled please please please do not use them. They are a con. Something should be done about it!!

Well I must be the lucky one! Got to say I was shocked when my rug came in a folded parcel but if it’s to fit in the washer it has to be thin. Mine looks fab, more a cover than a carpet but it does what I want it to do. I have just washed it in the washer and tbh I expected it to drop to pieces after reading the reviews but it came out looking as good as new. As for the folds in the carpet on arrival these disappeared really quickly. I just think peoples expectations are of a thick pile rug- how would you get that in the washer???

DO NOT BUY ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. Paid £156 with delivery! Feels worse than being robbed!! Do not be fooled do not buy! I have informed trading standards! This company should not be allowed to trade!

Swindled out of money. Avoid this company at all cost. We bought this rug it looked beautiful on the website. When it arrived it was packed folded into a parcel. When I opened it I could of cried. It was disgusting and the quality was terrible. Sent 3 emails to to return as there was no paperwork enclosed. When it all comes to all they are based in China therefore would cost a fortune to send back. Was dubed thinking it was a uk company with them using .co.uk on their web address. We've certainly learnt our lesson not to buy from a company on the Internet. However you are tempted to buy please don't.

I ordered a rug and when it arrived, with no paperwork or information, I was totally disgusted with it. It didn't feel like a rug or look like a rug. It was more like vinyl. When I complained and wanted it returned I was offered £10. It cost £140+.
It is one of these Chinese companies that goes through the back-door, so to speak to do business. Lesson learnt. Never again

Do not buy from this company .I paid £35 for a tiny cheap propylene rug that bore no resemblance whatsoever to the website. It was more like a buy from pound land and so creased it wasnt usable .Tried to get a refund but they wouldn't budge. The rugs are shipped from China. I sent photos of whst I ordered.The photo was of a pile rug. I got a very cheap nasty photoprint on polypropylene Total rip off .

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!
If I had found Trustpilot reviews before I purchased I would have run a mile.
I did however see all the 5 star reviews on their website and thought they must be OK. But they are fake.
When I tried to leave a feedback of 1 star they would not accept it and kept blocking me. So then you realise that they are a Sham. They would only take 5 star reviews. The reviews lulled me into a false sense of assuring that all would be well.
The reviews here are all correct, very poor quality, not at all like the pictures or description. You name it they are all correct on Trustpilot.
Customer Service is shocking and the spurious Nancy is whoever answers the complaints on the day I think.
Was told I would have to return to China tracked at my own expense,which would have cost me even more. I envisaged that they would say they never received them.
Wish I had done what another reviewer did and complain to PayPal to get a full refund.
I will report them to eBay though at least to try and stop them from trading on there.
The best you can do with these rugs is to use them outside in the Summer.
Another expensive lesson learned. I’m an idiot I bought two.

Absolutely horrible rug!
I will never buy anything online again before checking reviews properly...I've learned my lesson.
However, I at least was able to get a full refund after involving PayPal. There was a lot of back and forth communication with Rugshow, where they would only offer a partial refund, so then I escalated my claim with PayPal and got a full refund.
Hope this helps anyone who's paid using PayPal.

Guys !! Today I got my order and it was shocking me to see that what I paid for £168.00 cheep , please don’t get into trap of this sheet company .
I don’t know how I’m gonna get back my refund..

Less than one star. This is an update on my recent experience with RugShow UK. After two weeks of back and forth with "Nancy" who is undoubtedly several people, I accepted £70 as a refund on £170. I just couldn't face continuing with this farcical dialogue so cut my losses. I do at least have "The Rug"!!! which as Nancy kept repeating is "a very good deal". It isn't, it's rubbish, the customer service and advertising is deceitful and should not be allowed in the UK. My lesson is learned and perhaps when I take this cheap tat to the tip, someone will make use of it (in the garage, to keep down weeds, dustsheet?)

I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS COMPANY 1 STAR GIVING THE CHOICE. WE PURCHASED A RUG FROM THIS COMPANY COSTING £95 IT WAS VERY POOR QUALITY, ARRIVED ROLLED UP ON A BAG IT WAS SO THIN LOOKED NOTHING LIKE SHOWN! WHEN WE TRIED TO RETURN IT WE WERE TOLD IT HAD TO BE RETURNED TO CHINA AT OUR OWN EXPENCE! TOTALLY BEEN RIPED OFF. AS IT'S NOT COST EFFECTIVE TO RETURNED IT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a rug from an online site that is called rugshow uk.
I now know they are based in China.
It is very poor quality and not at all as described.
They are unwilling to give me their return address which is in China.
Telling me the best deal for me is to keep the rug.
I have been offered a £10 refund from the company and the girl called Nancy who answers my emails says she will give me £10 from her own pocket!
I there no way to have all these negative reviews linked to this company’s website to save other people been scammed by this misfit of an online site?
Has anyone got the £10 refund offered by rugshow?

I ordered a rug and paid..then I read the reviews and cancelled it straight away before they even sent the rug and they were still reluctant to refund me I practically had to beg for my money back which was over a hundred. They told me that they were upgrading the rug to a better quality rug and that it had already been packaged ready to send I still insisted a refund and got a full one after days of back and forth emails..I will never buy online from anywhere now without reading reviews. I feel I had a lucky escape from getting a crappie rug and months of fighting to get money back.
