STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT SUPPLIES SUB STANDARD GOODS FROM CHINA. RUGS ARE AWFUL, I GOT CAUGHT. £85 RUG WORTH ABOUT £5. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE.

Don't Buy from this company. The rugs are very poor quality and come direct from China taking 2 - 3 weeks. There is NO UK BASE. If you want to return it, (and you will) you have to return it to China. Customer service is crap. The rugs turn up folded up in a tight parcel, they tell you to iron them to get rid of the creases. It took 3 emails requests to get a returns address.

This is not a legitimate company and the rugs they sell are cheap ripoffs.
They also ship them folded so many times they are damaged on delivery and you can only return them to China for a refund. I also searched the return address they gave me and this wasn’t registered.
They are now ignoring me and won’t issue a refund.

Save yourself a lot of hassle and order from a trusted seller.

##DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!# Absolutely c##p. Ordered a large " rug" for £100. It arrived 3 weeks later all squashed up in a ball, covered in plastic. When I finally got it open, it was such awful quality ( Nd colour) that I wouldn't have paid £10 for it, let alone the extortionate £100 that I did.
When I requested a refund and return shipping label, they have replied by saying me to keep the rug and accept a £10 refund! When I said no. They told me that I would have to pay the return postage fee before they'd issue a refund! I think not!
This company is a sham. Based in China. Had I read the reviews beforehand , I would never have used the company. As it is, there is only the option to leave them 1 staff but if I could Is level them a MINUS STAR rating!
I'm reporting them to trading standards. Be warned!

This company is shitetotal crap they are selling they need shutting down selling so called rugs a absolute disgrace they lie they are not uk they are China it’s probably dead dogs they are making it from I’m disgusted with it an they are ignoring my emails DO NOT BUY THE ARE CON MERCHANTS!!!!

WARNING Please do not be fooled by UK website. Items do not come from uk they come from China. Quality not good also be aware when purchasing SIZES ARE IN CM not inches. After much persistence they agreed to a refund but I was told to send item back to China at my expense. They know it is more expensive than item so basically you are stuck with item.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star shocking quality and poor customer service - they will not refund at all

Bought a rug from this company who are operating using a Uk web address.The rug was delivered folded up in a black plastic bag..it was of very poor quality and already fraying at the edges...I was advised by them to burn the edges to stop the fraying..surely not an option.When I asked for a refund I was told to return the rug to China.I have since involved Paypal in this matter and managed to obtain a refund.I am writing this to hopefully avoid anyone else being conned by this company.

Bunch of dishonest individuals. Take your money and not send your item stay well clear.

This website is disgraceful. Selling poor quality items with the label of "good quality at cheaper prices" and have a returns procedure that requires you to remove the goods from the packaging totally, unfolding it in order to take a picture of it and then wait for a decision to be made if a return can be accepted. Step mother purchased a rug which was described as something she would want, what was received was basically a picnic blanket made of plastic. At £80.00, she was unhappy and wanted to return it. I am currently in the process the return procedure which has been ongoing for close to two weeks as I write this, and PayPal will likely need to be involved. Avoid this company.

Why are these companies allowed to trade??
I was one of the unfortunate ones taken in by their website.
The rug I paid for was diabolical.
It’s all very well reporting it to trust pilot, but can somebody give me guidance on how to shut these companies down please?

This is a terrible company. Paid £134 for a rug that came folded up, crushed into packaging. Waited 6 weeks for delivery. Cheap & nasty, plastics backing. Probably not even worth £30.00.Stay well clear off

Terrible rug, send you around in circles to arrange return, have opened paypal claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER.

I really don't know what to say other than was this an actual rug? The parcel was the size of a pillow, screwed up the quality was truly appalling. Nothing like the picture. Contacted company for a full refund. Would definitely not recommended.

Item that’s arrived is shocking , in terms of quality in terms of texture, feel and look! …colour is nothing like the pictures!

Trying to return item and have been offered £20 off something that is absolutely awful and you wouldn’t buy if you saw it in a shop!..

I have made this clear from outset I wish to return, but first I’ve to open it out , photograph it and payto send it back even though I could tell when seen through packaging item was cheap and awful looking I didn’t bother fully unwrapping it……

Please note the company is in China not uk!!!…now have to pay to return it to China, even though uk website!

Trust the reviews….do not buy from this company…the quality of product received is awful!…avoid them!

Avoid this website. Quality of rug is rubbish. Shipped from China even though UK website. £10 for shipping that took two weeks to arrive. Why did I have to learn the hard way! Next time I will read the reviews first.

Site is a rip-off, rugs poor quality and not as expected. Took this up with them, you will only get a reply during night hours as Chinese. They offered £10 refnd after i complained then upped to £15 or send the items back to:

I am still tempted to send it back but fear will just disappear into their 'ether' so looks like stuck with their 'S***e!'. Avoid like the plague.

One star is too much for a company that should more aptly be called Sh1tshow rather than Rugshow.
I ordered a large cream rug and received a cheap flourescent yellow furry blanket with a green tinge. Even my teenage daughter has refused to have it in her bedroom.
When I asked how to return it, Rugshow at first said I couldn't as there was no point, and refused to provide a returns address.
They are NOT a UK company despite having a co.uk website - they are based in China. Later they offered a £10 refund for a £130 'rug'. They then increased this to £30. They've clearly been reading all these 1 star reviews on Trustpilot as their own website reviews are fake and claim the rugs aren't yellowed and aren't thin!
PayPal Credit should protect the consumer but were as much use as a chocolate fireguard with this. They deliberately ignored my messages and asked me to return the rug which would cost at least £90 in tracking. PayPal are well aware of this company but are happy to take their 10% so are no better.
I took this to the Financial Ombudsman who dragged the case on for 6 months only to be unable to do anything about it.
I'll only order from reputable companies I can trust in future.

Awful quality nothing like the picture on the website, it won't lie flat as its cheap and nasty, complete waste of £140, going to report to trading standards 😑
