Open Your Earholes......or Not !
Apart from the unbelievable quality, .....I was so happy to have no worry about my little ear holes feeling sore from larger type ear connectors and annoying trailing wires. I got the mini buds and I love them. Real value for money and so comfy. I'm no meany though so also bought the pro product to keep at home incase others may need them or get jealous of grannie being happily comfy in her own world of music, pod casts and audio books. My family may at some point realise I often tune out now and tune in to my own interests and pleasure, thanks to my rather cute run buds. I can happily say this type of discovery with age, is blooming great, as is the customer service always swiftly available. I'm definitely a convert. Thank you 😊

Overpriced and low quality
Overpriced and low quality
For the money paid, they should be much better quality. Worse than a very cheap pair I had used previously.
For starters, an absolute nightmare to pair. Right one works, left one stops and vise versa. Took a couple of days of trying to pair in sync and then eventually did.
NOT SWEATPROOF. Although they do keep 'working' if a drop of sweat touches them you will then have them repeatedly screaming into your ear VOLUME MAXIMUM. You can try pull the volume back down but they will just fight you and keep going back up. While running this is incredibly irritating and I refuse to use them anymore for this reason. I wish I never bought them and feel very out of pocket.
Don't bother trying to remove the ear hooks. You wont get them back on exactly right and they dont sit correctly in the charging case so will need to manually turn just one on everytime you want to use them. Sound quality is just about ok but have had much better from cheaper brands. Cheap poorly made and over marketed. Very disappointed
Not even 6 months of use.

What you’ve described is certainly not the experience we aim to deliver, and it isn’t representative of the quality or reliability we expect from our products. We do pride ourselves on our customer support and on standing by our customers in situations like this, particularly when issues arise within the warranty period.
To clarify, our support team did offer a free replacement under warranty in April 2025 once we became aware of the problem. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply to confirm the delivery address, so we weren’t able to send this out at the time. We’d still be more than happy to arrange that replacement for you now if you’d like to proceed.
If you’re open to it, please get back in touch with our support team (support@runbuds.co.uk) and confirm your current address, and we’ll take care of the rest. We genuinely want to resolve this for you and ensure you’re properly looked after, something we believe sets us apart from many other brands.

Best customer service and incredible quality…
I have been blown away by the customer service at Runbuds. The speedy replies and the dedication to helping me with some tech issues, when that didn’t work they immediately found another solution and all was sorted within days. Great set of buds
Very simple purchase process with great communication. Buds arrived less than 48 hours after purchasing and they are excellent. Previously had Samsung in-ear buds which weren't very comfortable. No issues whatsoever with the run buds - highly recommended.

Outstanding Customer services
This company should be commended for their outstanding customer services. I had an issue with Runbuds I purchased which was down to my disability, this was not a fault with the product or the company. I Messaged on a Friday night ( I didn't expect a response until working hours on Monday). I received a response within 30mins offering a free upgrade to suit my disability. The customer services I received was outstanding & I cannot recommend this company enough..

Best I’ve ever purchased.
These are the best ear buds I’ve ever purchased. I’ve gone through a few different brands and there has always been some sort of fault, from falling out my ears, not charging, low battery life etc.
Not only are Runbuds very reasonably priced, they tick all the boxes and are very comfortable.

Great customer service
Great customer service, and fast delivery! I would highly recommend this company.
I've always had issues getting earphones that fit as my ears are so small they fall out. The first set I ordered didn't fit so they recommended I try the runbud minis which were actually £10 cheaper. They were sent out to me straight away and they are a perfect fit and great sound quality. Thank you for sorting the issue out so efficiently.

Runbuds…the headphones of dreams!
This is my second pair of Runbuds having my 1st pair for 2 years and then loosing them, I didn’t hesitate to buy again. These never lose their performance and battery life.
Amazing fit for serious runners.
Customer service is also second to none, they can’t be any more responsive or helpful.
Honestly don’t think for the price there is a better set of running headphones on the market…You won’t be disappointed!

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with our earphones fell so far short of expectations, especially regarding the quality. That’s absolutely not the standard we aim for, and we take feedback like this very seriously.
One thing we’ve found makes a huge difference to overall sound quality, especially bass performance, is ensuring a proper in-ear seal with the correct ear tip size. Without a good seal, the sound can feel flat or tinny, no matter the technology behind it. If you haven’t already, it is worth trying the alternate ear tip sizes included in the packaging.

I ordered a pair of RunBuds
I ordered a pair of RunBuds, but unfortunately, they didn’t quite work for me — possibly because I chose the wrong model. I think I got the bass-heavy version that's more suited for running and workouts, and I found them a bit uncomfortable to use indoors.
However, what truly impressed me was the outstanding customer service. I reached out to let them know the earbuds weren’t a good fit for me, and they immediately offered a free return, sent me a prepaid label, and — to my surprise — refunded me as soon as I shipped the RunBuds back, even before they had arrived at their warehouse.
The honesty and integrity of this team are absolutely remarkable. I genuinely appreciate how smooth and respectful the whole process was. I might try a different RunBuds model in the future. Thank you!

Excellent clarity easy to use choice of soft rubber ear bud size is a bonus. These buds are unobtrusive even when wearing glasses they don't move or fall out even on cross country trails with my dog. Being waterproof means I'm not bothered about the weather. The case acts as a charging dock and the battery lasts for ages I'm well pleased. Note though. These block out nearly all surround sounds which for me is great but some road races are clamping down in favour of the more expensive bone conductor type

Love love love these run buds. Easy to connect, easy to pause and start again and they don’t fall out when running as they have the loop around. These are well worth the money in comparison to more expensive others which are on the market.

RunBuds™ Pro Earphones - this is the second pair of RunBuds™ i've purchased (previous were still good but wanted something with more Bass), been wearing them since Feb 25 and have to say, the Pro Earphones are a higher level and perfect for my running. I run three times per week and the battery seems to last forever - I rarely charge them, maybe every 2-3weeks. Very comfortable, great sound and highly recommend !
