We are overall really impressed with the service provided. We had to move during uncertain times, but communication channels were always open, and R&R quickly adapted to a changed landscape. The flat we live in is well maintained and we feel well supported in looking after it so far. PS: Kay is our property manager.

At the start of the year R&R changed to a comprehensive management service and as a landlord we now have a single point of contact. Our Property Manager is Louise Shead and she is responsible for all aspects of managing our tenancy. We have found Lousie to be professional, responsive and very personable. It is reassuring to hear the same familiar voice and this helps remove any confusion and frustration that may occour when dealing with a number of different contacts.

Management of my rental property has recently been moved to Rushbrook and Rathbone from another agency. I have to say the service received by R&R has been fantastic. I have been able to step away from trying to manage issues myself (even tough that's what I'm paying the managing agent for) as Louise has taken full responsibility for any issues and managed through to completion. I'm very impressed and thankful

We recently moved to Rushbrooke & Rathbone for property management after getting terrible service from our last agent. The move has been a great success and solved all of the problems we had been seeing.

Louise has been a great agent. She has kept us well informed at all times, been extremely responsive to all our queries and has responded to requests from the tenants appropriately, resolving urgent ones on our behalf and turning down those which are unwarranted, rather than always taking the tenants side like our previous agent.

R&R have been our property managers for a few months now and must say how impressed I have been with Vicki over the last few weeks.. we had an issue which would of been minor but due to other circumstances (an imminent arrival) made it much more urgent, with the Covid-19 situation at the moment it made it a lot more difficult to resolve due to sourcing contractors etc.. however thanks to Vicki’s perseverance, this got this sorted for us sooner rather then having to wait months (which wasn’t an option with a baby due)
She’s kept in contact, even on the weekends/out of hours which was really appreciated.

Louise S is our property manager. Her responses are always very quick and reassuring. Thank you

I have been dealing with Rushbrook & Rathbone as managers of my rented property since I moved in in February 2018, in which time they have proved themselves to be friendly, helpful and efficient in dealing with any problems, queries or concerns which I have had. I rent my property and as such have Rashbrook & Rathbone as my property mangers .
Prior to this yr ( 2020 ) I had many, ( too many ) property managers . All of them did the job some better than others which is normal . Others I felt did the basics and not much else and maybe that why I’ve had quite a few !
Currently my property manger is Louise Shead . I’ve found her to be very approachable, warm and friendly . Never gives the impression I’m a pain in the .... which I can be I’m sure .
More importantly though is things get done . I’m a great believer in do as you say and say as you do . When Louise says this or that will be done I know I won’t have ring again .
My next challenge to her will be a tough one ... I’d like to get permission for an electric car charging point to be fitted ( at my own cost ) just need the freeholders permission. Getting that is the task I will be setting her shortly .
I hope she will deliver as she has done so thus far by never disappointing.

On a separate note her emails while in lockdown about rent and other stuff have been very reassuring and I’m grateful for her reaching out .

Louise Shead has been very efficient at renewing my tenancy agreement quickly. This has been particularly important at this time of uncertainty. Thank you.

Vicki has been great. There’s been some discounting situations regarding our recent move and Vicki has been in touch as much as possible. Really appreciate all the back and forth.

I have always found it a pleasure to communicate with Louise. She is always on top of everything to do with supporting my tenancy. I can always depend on her to stay on top of everything.
