Have been dealing with Jason over a ventilation issue in a property. Jason has been excellent, great communication and very professional. Great service all round.

I speak to Leoni on a regular bases and she is an absolute breath of fresh air - she is so lovely, polite & professional. R&R are lucky to have her!

I wish I could give them no star as they don't deserve even 1 star. I moved to a property in Barnet last year and was there for about 9 months. They have given me a property with so many issues. one bed was flooded and we couldn't use it, Marks on the carpet, and walls were all marked and not painted as they had a tenant with kids for three years. I took all the pictures when I moved in and moved out as I heard how unprofessional some agents and greedy landlords are claiming your deposit toward painting and damages done by the old tenant. I think they couldn't claim from the old one and try to claim from us or maybe they claim from them too. I wouldn't trust them at all. They are trying to claim all the money on the property before I moved in from my deposit. I will also report them to the property Ombudsmen as what they do is illegal. I have all the money they were claiming back. Thanks to the government safe deposit rule as it won't allow this kind of state agents and greedy landlords to take advantage.

Amazing team at R&R very professional and amazing response times on queries. Specifically amazed with the service level as the Managing Director Roma Sharma has stepped in and resolved situational issues apparently which were inevitable and also hand holding as in when required for agents who are new to the business. We’ve been managed by R&R for almost three years now and if you have had even just a small as three months of life in London, you’ll know how difficult is to find a property management company that follows you and your landlord, which consequently creates a balanced living experience for everyone. Dealing with Dina at Rushbrook and Rathbone has been a delightful experience, always responsive, resolved my issue and kept me updated as I needed. Finally glad to be renting through a reputable management company for once!

My experience mirrors those of many Rushbrook and Rathbone reviews. Had to take them to court for matters - the Judge agreed they did not meet the conditions of the contact (BE AWARE EVERYONE) and provided false and inaccurate information to the court.

Updated - Good example of twisting what went on. Also failed to compile with a Subject Access Request so have been reported to ICO

They are always there to assist you in any little thing from a problem with the house to just asking if it has been fixed. Great and helpful.

The plumber Adam from AB PLUMBING & HEATING was sent out to us by this company to help fix a toilet that wouldn’t flush. His communication skills were amazing & he got the job done quickly & left it neat & tidy for us. He also helped us get some extra jobs done that needed doing by contacting the estate agent for us. I would 100% recommend Adam.

Day light robbery they make a invoice £1500 when I moved. They asked £650 for cutting grass for small garden cleaning £350 l am already done cleaning . I never heard something like this before l am complaining but only change £200 be careful when you work with this company.even l spoke with estate agent they find unbelievable.

Great service delivering contract, etc for new tenants. Official paperwork can sometimes be a bit of a minefield but Leoni made the whole experience very easy.

Poor communication throughout our tenancy. Would only email when it suited them or when something needed checking. Would ignore emails for days at a time and then also ignore follow up emails and respond as if they didn’t exist. Didn’t action all issues from our tenancy checks and clearly didn’t read or review the appropriate tenancy reports to form accurate assumptions. I wouldn’t trust them with my properties or have any interest in renting a property through them again. There must be two Cally’s, because the one we dealt with barely replied. Would love to meet the responsive version.

This management company was used to manage one of my properties via a referral from my estate agent. Having had rental properties for over 2 decades I must say my experience with this management company has been the worst encounter across all the firms I've dealt with.

For several month's rental they've gone ahead and deducted 'fees' for works / quotes that I never approved and in one case they emailed my address with clear typos but yet still charge me even though they've used an incorrect email for me to 'approve' the quote!

You do not have any clear communication, receive quotes from property management companies for works that are clearly specific, ie boilers, then a second quote from an actual heating / plumber etc company (so attempting to charge you twice) very poor service, sadly I can not recommend them to anyone and would steer clear if you value clear communication and a helpful service.

CALLY always a pleasure to deal with. I'd take my business wherever she goes.
