Very poor service. They don't engage with conversations but simply copy and paste emails.
We have been asking a copy of the contract at least five times, they didn't reply to us and have asked us to make an additional bank transfer without even had the chance to have a copy of the agreement and said that we would have received a signed copy by the landlord. Their main concern seems to be try to sell insurance to the tenants.

Really bad service. To be avoided. They only operate via email. I once called to chase up an email, not realising what they were like and the contempt in the voice of the person answering was very noticeable. I've had different people contacting me at different times and they don't speak to eachother so things get lost. I wanted to clarify some charges but never got an answer. There is a charge each month for an out of hours service but I have no idea when that would be used as I usually have to wait up to a day for any response. My tenants didn't ventilate the property properly so paint was peeling off of the walls. I was offered a 'free damp survey' it turned out to be a company who recommended some sort of extremely expensive air conditioning unit to help with the damp. I was furious. There is no damp, I checked the walls with a damp meter and they were fine. It was condensation from the tenants not opening windows a crack while working from home for months and after showersand drying clothing. A complete con. You are best to go with a local estate agent who manage the property in house, a tangible, friendly face, not R&R.

My experience was very pleasurable, straight cut and very efficient. I would definitely highly recommend this company.

Abbie Warthall. Abbie provided excellent service to re-let a property in Harrow for me in conjunction with Elliot-Lee. The email trail I received showed that she organised the referencing, dealt with problems, arranged for cleaning and carpet cleaning and finalised the deal.

Having worked with this company for a number of years I have always found them extremely professional, particularly my property manager Shay Teasdale.
Nothing is too much trouble, never any issues and always happy to help. I highly recommend the work ethos that delivers a seamless, successful service - stress free! Well done !
