Great chocolates, quick delivery

Absolutely amazing chocolate that we can indulge in without worrying what harsh ingredients or chemicals are in. Keep up the good work guys!! Lovely little sweet treat

I gifted some chocs to friends, they are highly delighted with them. Well informed throughout delivery process, bit of delay due to hot weather.

Excellent service and delicious chocolates. They arrived in perfect condition eith good packaging.
The chocolate is amazing. Lovely flavour and melt in the mouth. Highly recommend buying from Russell and Atwell. Their customer service is fantastic. A special mention to Val who helped me with my query. Thank you for being so patient and helpful!

They took a while to arrive but that was down to a hot weather spell.
The packaging is not a good intro being in a plastic pouch, the chocolate is nice, strong flavour, but I feel they are over priced. They are similar to hotel chocolat, which are also over priced.

UPDATE: When I wrote the above I had only tasted the salted caramel chocolates. I have now tried the milk chocolate ones, & they are SUPERB! I have increased the score as these are 👌

Delicious rich chilled chocolates

I wanted to love these more than I did unfortunately. I love chocolate, freshly made and good ethics all work for me but the limited edition Strawberry and Cream just wasn’t nice, but this is down to personal taste and I’m dark chocolate fan so maybe should stay away from white chocolate. The plain dark chocolate was ok, the nut ones also rather small so overall a great idea, good company but not to my taste which was disappointing. That said everything is personal so don’t let my review stop you from trying something different and not mass produced.

For the price I expected better, packaging was a little lacking it didn’t say luxury, taste was good but not good enough for me to re purchase…..sorry

Fantastic service only eclipsed by the chocolates. I ordered Strawberries and Cream, smooth and fruity. Milk chocolate, rich and luxurious. Salted caramel, multi layered lushness. Really lovely chocolates and will be reordering soon.

I was sceptical about these being a lifetime Cadbury’s girl I really wouldn’t like what appeared to be a truffle looking chocolate. I ordered the dirty blonde, strawberry and milk choc variety pack. WOW I’ve eaten all them in a few days. I’ve always chilled chocolate even freeze certain ones but these are not just for those indulgent moments but a treat to have one when I’m cooking, watching a movie I just get up and have one so I am kind of limiting myself but using calories at the same time ha ha
I can’t just eat one though I’m ashamed to say.
I’ve just done another order of jars this time including the salted caramel and the strawberry. Thank you for my new addiction. My hips, thighs and booty aren’t grateful ;-)

Very nice chocolates 😃 I would say keep the raspberry and cream ones on your permanent list, they are quite lovely.

I found the packaging odd. There’s something very un-luxurious about plastic pouches. They look just like my dachshund’s treats! I understand that they need to be refrigerated.

The chocolate tasted nice although I really hate cocoa dusting on the outside of chocolate truffles. They’re very small which feels slightly disappointing.

I was expecting a little more. I don’t think I’d send these as a gift.

Honestly, I can't tell you a great deal, the delivery was great but they were a gift to give to the nurses and doctors etc. who took care of me whilst I was in hospital recntly. I imagine they appreciated them and that they didn't last long!

These are amazing chocolates, and they taste like the real deal! They were so good that I had to hide them in a salad drawer; otherwise, my partner would just inhale the whole bag.

I think the chocolates themselves are a great product when kept at the optimum temperature. Unfortunately mine arrived on a hot day ( unusual I know ) and were not the best. They had melted into each other and I had to bin a large proportion of them. When they cost what they do it’s a shame they arrive like that

We love chocolate and were upset when our previous first choice sold-out to a global chocolate company. When Steve & Giles appeared on Dragons' Den it seemed like we'd been rescued.
We were not disappointed with our first taste of the boys' endeavours and their customer service is 1st class. Our biggest problem is not gulping them down as soon as they're opened! We're already planning our next purchases/gifts

I purchased through curiosity and I was ot disappointed. The chocolate is velvety, smooth texture and rich flavour. I will definately be purchasing more as I was so impressed, I shared with my friend and she enjoyed them too ❤️

Having seen these on Dragons Den and the positive reaction they got from the Dragons when they tasted the chocolates, my thoughts were, they must be good!!
I ordered 3 separate flavours but in all honesty I'm not sure what flavours the dragons had but myself and family including my 8 year old who didn't finish it, were not impressed with the flavours, all 3 didn't taste much different to each other and visually didn't look great, wouldn't order again at that price

I love the natural ingredients. No horrible artificial sugars, palm oil etc. The flavour was amazing (I bought the dark ones) and I pop one in my mouth straight from the fridge and let it slowly come up to temperature and melt in my mouth. I could taste the honey in it. I would be happy with an even darker chocolate with less honey again.
They arrived promptly and I'm struggling to make them last the month...

Love these chocolates. I have a sensitive stomach and usually get heartburn and upset with the supermarket bought brands, this is the first time I don't feel any side effects from a little treat. Fresh everything and great service. Thank you for bringing quality back into the realm of possibilities.
